Background:The mortality within one month after aneurysm rupture in more than50%, even among surviving patients still will be left with severe neurological damage to patients and their families have brought great harm. At present, the factors research of surgical treatment of intracranial aneurysms prognosis of domestic and international include age, underlying disease, preoperative Hunt-Hess grade, timing of surgery, aneurysm characteristics, temporary occlusion of the aneurysm surgery and surgical complications, but the specific results were inconsistent due to differences in the sample, and some factors still inconclusive. Objective:To investigate the effects of clipping surgery treatment-related prognostic factors for intracranial aneurysm rupture in order to improve patient outcomes provide a strong reference.Methods:February2010-February2013in our hospital treated248cases of neurosurgery of intracranial aneurysm rupture patients, as this study and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Statistical several cases of patients with good prognosis, and may influence the prognosis of age, gender, Hunt-hess grade, aneurysm characteristics, timing of surgery and a history of hypertension and other factors univariate and multivariate analysis.Results:(1) Included a total of248cases of intracranial aneurysm patients in199cases (80.2%) good prognosis, while49cases (19.8%) poor prognosis.(2) By univariate analysis, Hunt-hess grade, aneurysm neck width, aneurysm location, high blood pressure and other factors affect prognosis difference was significant, statistically significant (P<0.05); while age, gender, tumor body size, multiple aneurysms, surgical timing differences and other factors affect the prognosis was not significant, no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusions:(1) Hunt-hess grade (IV, V grade), aneurysm neck width (≥4mm), aneurysm location (posterior circulation arteries), high blood pressure is an independent prognostic risk factors of intracranial aneurysm rupture. Patients Hunt-hess grade high, neck width, posterior circulation aneurysms in the arteries, and both have a history of high blood makes the prognosis worse.(2) the patient’s age, gender, timing of surgery, aneurysm size and whether the prognosis of patients with multiple so there is no significant correlation does not belong to the independent prognostic factors for aneurysm rupture.
