| Introduction. The prevalence of chronic renal failure gradually increased in recent years, kidney transplantation has been the most ideal treatment for patients with chronic renal failure, the most important difficulty is the shortage of organs.Less than one in 10 patients in our country each year have the opportunity to have a kidney transplant..However,most of the CDCD organs have a marked prolongation of warm ischemic time, early renal impairment can also significantly reduce long-term survival. Objective To establish a model of rabbit renal ischemia-reperfusion injury under hypothermia environment, normal temperature environment and high temperature environment,To evaluate the effect of hypothermic environmental reperfusion on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits. Methods Sixty healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups:The control group(group A),sham operation group(group B),Low temperature environment reperfusion group(group C),normal temperature environment reperfusion group(group D),high temperature environment reperfusion group(group E),Serum creatinine(Cr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in each group were detected daily after operation.Superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were abserved at 1 and 7 days after operation. The apoptosis of tubular epithelial cells was detected by TUNEL staining. Results As compared with groups A and B,groups C,D and E showed a significant rise in BUN,Cr and MDA,while a decrease in SOD activity(P <0.05).The pathological changes of kidney in groups A and B were normal at 1 day and 7 days after operation,Compared with groups D and E,the damage in group C was lighter(P<0.05).Conclusions Three groups of reperfusion models with different temperature were established by ice-covered kidney,37 ℃0.9% NS and 40 ℃0.9% NS,Hypothermic reperfusion has a protective effect on renal ischemic reperfusion injury. |
