| Objective: Observed radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection and conservative treatment two kinds of treatment’s effect on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and recurrence of symptoms.Provide some reference for clinicians to choose treatment methods.Methods: Patients were selected from January 2016 to December 2016 hospitalized patients with definite diagnosis of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Sixty patients who meet the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups.Group A: radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection in the treatment.Group B: conservative treatment of our department(cervical traction+meloxicam+external application of Shiyifan Liqueur +ironing+ traditional Chinese medicine+functional exercise).Group A 30 cases(male 17 cases,female 13 cases),group B 30 cases(male 12 cases,female 18 cases).Age distribution at the age of 31-65.Group A had a mean age of(47.17±8.20),group B(50.03±6.28)years of age.Group A had a mean of course of disease(14.77±3.46)months,group B had a mean of course of disease(14.20±2.35)months.Group A: C3/4,C4/5,C5/6,C6/7 are 1case、12 case、20 case、10case.Group B: C4/5,C5/6,C6/7 are 10case、17case、11case.Through the analysis of two groups of patients with age,sex,course of disease,VAS and NDI scores at different time(before treatment,after treatment of 1 day 、January、March、June、September、December)and the case of recurrences were statistically analyzed.To observe the curative effect and recurrence rate of two kind of treatment.Results: Gender,age,course of disease in the two group were no statistical significance(P>0.05),and they are comparable.VAS and NDI score before treatment between the two groups were no statistical significance(P>0.05),and they are comparable.Group A comparison: Preoperative VAS and NDI scores compared with postoperative VAS and NDI scores in every time were statistical significance(P<0.05),postoperative VAS and NDI scores in every time were lower than preoperative VAS and NDI scores.Postoperative VAS and NDI scores in 1 day,1 month,3 months and 6 months compared with each other,the difference was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Postoperative VAS and NDI in 9 months compared with it in 1 day、1 month、3month、6 month,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05),VAS and NDI in 9 months is higher.Postoperative VAS and NDI in 12 months compared with it in 1 day、1 month、3month、6 month,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05),VAS and NDI in 12 months is higher.Postoperative VAS and NDI in 12 months compared with it in 9 months,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05),VAS and NDI in 12 months is higher than it in 9 months.Group B comparison: VAS and NDI scores before treatment compared with posttreatment VAS and NDI scores in every time were statistical significance(P<0.05),posttreatment VAS and NDI scores in every time were lower than VAS and NDI scores before treatment.Posttreatment VAS and NDI scores in 1day compared with VAS and NDI in other time,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05)VAS and NDI in 1day is higher,.Posttreatment VAS and NDI scores in 1 month,3 months and 6 months compared with each other,the difference was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Posttreatment VAS and NDI in 9 months compared with it in 1month、3month、6 month,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05),VAS and NDI in 9 months is higher.Posttreatment VAS and NDI in 12 months compared with it in 1month、3month、6 month,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05),VAS and NDI in 12 months is higher.Posttreatment VAS and NDI in 12 months compared with it in 9 months,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05),VAS and NDI in 12 months is higher than it in 9 months.Conclusion: radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection immediate relieve pain is Superior to conservative treatment.radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection and conservative treatment have curative effect of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Recent curative effect is the same between two treatment method.With time delay,the efficacy also reduce,but conservative treatment’s efficacy is better than radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone.The rate of recurrence is the same,but the rate of relapse of the conservative treatment is lower. |
