| Objective: To explore the methods and effects of radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection under the guidance of C arm in treatment for cervical disc herniation and under the guidance of CT in treatment for lumbar disc herniation.Method: The complete clinical data in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. 80 cases of cervical disc herniation cases were divided into three groups:Study group 40 cases by using radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection under the guidance of C arm.The control group 1 of 20 cases by only single using radiofrequency adiofrequency target thermocoagulation. The control group 2 of 20 cases by single using ozone injection. There were no significant difference between the three treatments in course of disease, age, degree of protrusion of intervertebral disc and intervertebral disc protrusion CT value etc(P>0.05).124 cases of lumbar disc herniation cases, were divided into three groups:Study group 84 cases by using radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection therapy under the guidance of CT; The control group 1 of 20 cases by single using radiofrequency target thermocoagulation. The control group 2 of 20 cases by single using ozone injection,There were no significant difference between the three treatments in course of disease, age, degree of protrusion of intervertebral disc and intervertebral disc protrusion CT value(P>0.05). The preoperative VAS score, ODI score of and postoperative of the 3rd day,1st week,6th month,12 th month were observed. On the basis of the excellent and good rate of 1st week,6th month,12 th month of modified Macnab standard of the therapeutic effect of patients were followed up to evaluate the therapeutic effect. The operation time, exposure time, hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection and single therapy were comparedResult:(1) The success rate of puncture was 98%. No complications of nerve and blood vessel injury, and no disc space infection occurred.(2) There were no significant difference between using radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection and single using radiofrequency thermocoagulation therapy or single using ozone injection therapy in the operation time, exposure time, hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses(P >0.05).(3) The postoperative VAS score and ODI score of the 3rd day,1st week,6th month,12 th month by using three treatments were lower than than preoperative score, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The difference of the effectiveness rates and the excellent rates in the 1st week, 6th month and 12 th month by using three treatments was not statistically significant(P >0.05).(4) Compare the postoperative VAS score and ODI score of the 3rd day,1st week,6th month,12 th month used combination of the two methods in a single method, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The effectiveness and excellent rates of the combination group were higher than single-use group.Conclusion:(1) These three methods were valid. Short and long-term effect was good.Comparing with single therapy, combined techniques has advantages of better pain relieving, confirmed short and long term efficacy.(2) The operation time, exposure time and hospitalization time of radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection and were not longer than single therapy.Do not significantly increase the patient pain and X-ray radiation damage. Do not significantly increase the total cost of hospitalization.(3) Radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with ozone therapy in the treatment of intervertebral disc protrusion operation has high success rate, less complications.Radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection under the guidance of CT is a safe and effective treatment option for cervical lumbar disc... |
