Analysis Of Epidemic Trend Of Notifiable Infectious Diseases In Huaxian County,henan Province From 2008 To 2016

OBJECTIVE:This paper makes a descriptive statistical analysis on the legal infectious diseases in Huaxian area from 2008 to 2016,and analyzes the incidence of several important infectious diseases,so as to provide a reliable basis for drawing up the measures for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the future.According to the analysis results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as optimizing performance appraisal scheme and SWOT analysis.METHODS:Collecting the report data of epidemic situation of notifiable infectious dis eases in Huaxian County from 2008 to 2016,and arranging the collected monthly repor t and annual report.The collected data were statistically analyzedby Excel2003 and SP SS17.0 software.Calculating the morbidity,mortality rate,case fatality rate,link relat ive ratio,relative ratio with fixed base,constituent ratio,etc.and chi-square trend te st and chi-square test for ratio to composition ratio.RESULTS:(1)From 2008 to 2016,the overall incidence of the disease in the region showed a downward trend(trend test ?2=114.07,p=0.000).(2)Mortality rates of infectious diseases showed irregular changes(trend test ?2=2.44,p=0.118).The case fatality rates of infectious diseases showed irregular changes(trend test ?2=1.31,p=0.235).(3)From 2008 to 2016,the total number of cases reported for infectious diseases in the top 5 were viral hepatitis,tuberculosis,hand-foot-and-mouth disease,epidemic parotiditis,other infectious diarrhea.(4)From 2008 to 2016,the incidence of blood and sexually transmitted diseases ranked first among the four major categories of infectious diseases,and the morbidity showed a downward trend as a whole(trend test ?2=50.02,p=0.000);the incidence of respiratory infectious disease(trend test ?2=288.92,p=0.000),and intestinal infectious disease(trend test ?2=97.60,p=0.000),and natural foci and insect borne infectious diseases(trend test ?2=85.72,p=0.000)all showed a rising trend.(5)The incidence of viral hepatitis(trend test ?2=260.12,p=0.000)and tuberculosis(trend test ?2=328.70,p=0.000)were in a downward trend during 2008 to 2016;the incidence of hand-foot-and-mouth disease(trend test ?2=13.03,p=0.000)and epidemic parotitis(trend test ?2=74.19,p=0.000)showed a trend of fluctuation from 2008 to 2016.and the incidence of other infectious diarrhea showed a parabola trend during 2008 to 2016(trend test ?2=131.87,p=0.000).CONCLUSION:1.The incidence of notifiable infectious diseases in Huaxian County from 2008 to 2016 showed a downward trend as a whole2.Viral hepatitis,tuberculosis,other infectious diarrhea,epidemic parotitis and other infectious diseases still need to be focused on prevention and control.3.Grass-roots public health institutions need to strengthen the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.4.It is necessary to optimize the performance appraisal scheme,change the talent introduction strategy,and carry out SWOT analysis on the factors affecting the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
