| Objective:To revise the "Guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in pediatrics by traditional Chinese medicine Infantile Malnutrition(2012 version)",update the latest diagnostic techniques,treatment methods,and update documentary evidence.Adopt a scientific and standardized TCM guideline preparation process to form a more scientific,reasonable,and practical guideline for evidence-infestation.Methods:This version of the guide is based on the "Guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in pediatrics by traditional Chinese medicine Infantile Malnutrition(2012 version)".The first round of the Delphi Expert Questionnaire was formulated through the literature research,literature review,literature review and other processes,we selected participant factors.After the statistics of the first round of survey results were compiled,the second round of questionnaires was drawn up,and the results of the two rounds of questionnaires were summarized and analyzed to form the first draft.Afterwards,experts in the profession,philology,methodology,etc.were invited to make arguments on the first draft,and opinions and suggestions were proposed.Revise the first draft to form a solicitation draft.Then,We sent the solicitation draft to the relevant research institutions and experts related to guideline revision,standardization research and so on by e-mails.The opinions put forward by these experts are handled in accordance with the principle of "evidence-based".And,Experts of traditional Chinese medicine standardization,traditional Chinese medicine,and pediatricians associated with traditional Chinese and Western medicines were invited to evaluate the revised methodologies of this guide(AGREE II tool).At the same time,we invited 13 medical institutions to use the method of case collection to evaluate the clinical consistency of the evaluation draft of this guideline.On this basis,we made revisions and submit to the pediatric expert guidance group for review.After summarizing and analyzing the opinions and suggestions at each stage,the approval draft of infantile malnutrition was formed.Results:According to the above process,the evidence-based "Guidelines for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatrics in Traditional Chinese Medicine Infantile Malnutrition(2012 Revision)" was formed.Conclusion:The revision by this guide has improved to form the standard of diagnosis and treatment of Infantile Malnutrition.It not only provides clinicians with diagnosis and treatment guidance,but also provides clinicians with research directions,which will contributes to the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine,and enhances people’s well-being. |
