| Objective:To learn "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases of Pediatrics in Traditional Chinese Medicine",and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of recommended prescriptions in treating pediatric anorexia of spleen dysfunction syndrome through clinical case observation,providing a basis for the clinical use and promotion of guidelines.Methods:Select 110 cases of anorexic children from pediatrics outpatient of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital between January 2017 and February 2018.A11 the children in the group were in accordance with Western diagnosis and the spleen dysfunction syndrome of TCM diagnostic criteria.110 patients were divided into treatment group(55 cases)and control group(55 cases)randomly.The treatment group was treated by Bu Huan Jin Zheng Qi Powder which recommended by "Guidelines".The control group was treated by Shen Qu Xiao Shi oral liquid.The two groups were simultaneously given bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria tablets(commodity name:Si Lian kang).After two courses of treatment(4 weeks),symptoms and signs cores are compare with original scores before treatment respectively and between two groups.At the same time,the results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:At the end of the observation period,there are 32 clinically cured cases,16 markedly effective cases,4 effective cases,3 ineffective cases,with clinical cure rate 58.18%and total effective rate 94.54%in the treatment group;there are 11 clinically cured cases,13 markedly effective cases,19effective cases,12ineffective cases,with clinical cure rate 20%and total effective rate 78.18%in the control group.After statistical analysis,there was a significant difference both in clinical cure rate and total effective rate between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:"Guidelines" has a significant effect in treating pediatric anorexia of the spleen dysfunction syndrome by Bu Huan Jin Zheng Qi Powder. |
