Injection Of Salvia Miltiorrhoza And Ligustrazine Acupoint Injection Therapy For The Treatment Of Thromboangiitis Obliterans

Purpose:To explore the clinical effect of point injection of ligustrazine injection in salvia miltiorrhiza on thrombus occlusive vasculitisMethod:Selection in October 2016,during the period of 1 to 31 December 2017 in the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of TCM around vascular disease department outpatient treatment of patients with thromboangiitis obliterans,in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on patients with thromboangiitis obliterans diagnostic criteria for clinical observation object.A total of 36 male hospitalized patients were selected.According to the time of admission,the patient number was 1-36,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,with 18 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic drugs.On the basis of the control group,patients in the treatment group were given acupoint injection therapy with ligustrazine injection of salvia miltiorrhiza.The treatment cycle of the two groups of patients was 4 weeks,and the changes of various indicators of the two groups of patients before and after treatment and the changes of clinical symptom score were observed and recorded.By observing the clinical main symptoms and signs(change in skin temperature,paresthesia,intermittent claudication,rest pain,etc.),ABI,infrared thermal imaging,blood rheology,immunoglobulin and complement changes as well as the safety index before and after treatment to assess salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection point injection therapy effect of the clinical treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans.Result:After 4 weeks of clinical observation and treatment,1.2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.8%,and that of the control group was 77.8%.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.The treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in improving clinical symptoms and signs;4.The acupoint injection therapy of ligustrazine injection of salvia miltiorrhiza has significantly improved ABI,infrared thermal imaging,blood rheology,immunoglobulins and complement of thrombus occlusive vasculitis.Conclusion:1.Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection point injection therapy can obviously improve the main clinical symptoms buerger’s disease patients(cold,acid bilges,numbness,intermittent claudication,though,and skin temperature).2.The acupoint injection therapy of ligustrazine injection of salvia miltiorrhiza improved ABI,infrared thermal imaging,blood rheology,immunoglobulins and complement of thrombus occlusive vasculitis significantly.
