Clinical Effect Observation Of Wenpi Zhixie Powder Umbilicus Treatment On Infantile Diarrhea(Cold-dampness Pattern)

Objective:Through clinical observation,we further explored the clinical effect of Wen Pi Zhi Xie paste umbilical sticking therapy in the treatment of pediatric cold-dampness diarrhea.Methods:In this subject,through a simple random,parallel control method,60 children were divided into treatment group and control group equally by referring to the diagnosis standard of cold dampness type of Chinese medicine for pediatric diarrhea and of Western medical diagnosis for light and medium-sized pediatric patients.the treatment group was treated with Wen Pi Zhi Xie paste umbilical sticking therapy and oral Smecta treatment;the control group was given Ding Gui Er umbilical paste for external use,and oral Smecta treatment,the courses of treatment were both 5 days.After the treatment of the two groups,the treatment effect were evaluated in the improvement of the number of defecation,stool character,abdominal pain,bowel movement,vomiting,spirit,thirst and diet.Results:1.After 5 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96,67%,while that of the control group was 86,67%,The difference of clinical efficacy was statistically significant(Z=-2.038,P=0.042<0.05).2.The difference between the treatment group and the control group in improving stool frequency and stool symptom score was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Compared with the control group,the scores of abdominal pain,bowel movement,vomiting,spirit and thirst were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the improvement of diet(P =0.085>0.05).4.No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups of pediatric patients during the observation period.Conclusions:1.The therapeutic effect of Wen Pi Zhi Xie paste umbilical sticking therapy in the treatment of pediatric cold-dampness diarrhea is remarkable,and is better than that of Ding Gui Er umbilical paste.2.Clinical application of Wen Pi Zhi Xie paste umbilical sticking therapy in the treatment of pediatric cold-dampness diarrhea has not found obvious adverse reactions.
