Clinical Observation Of Xinyuan Capsule On Stable Angina Pectoris(Heart Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Xinyuan capsule in the treatment of stable angina pectoris by observing the symptom scores of angina pectoris before and after treatment(mainly including the number of angina pectoris attacks,duration,pain degree,nitroglycerin dosage).It provides basis for promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,dredging pulse and relieving pain in the treatment of thoracic obstruction caused by heart blood stasis.Method:In this study,40 patients aged ≥ 30years and ≤ 70 years with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(heart blood stasis type)are selected from the outpatient department of Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine.Forty patients who met the inclusion criteria were given oral heart yuan capsule,4 tablets a day,3 times a day.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The effect of angina pectoris were observed before and after treatment,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Result:1.The symptom score and total score of angina pectoris after treatment were lower than those before treatment(p<0.05).2.The curative effect of angina pectoris after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).
