Effect Of Danchi Huoxue Capsule On Activity Endurance And Electrocardiogram Of Stable Angina Pectoris Patients With Phlegm And Blood Stasis Interaction

Objective:By comparing and analyzing the changes of activity endurance and electrocardiogram in patients with stable Angina Pectoris(SAP)with phlegm-stasis interaction before and after treatment with Danchi Huoxue capsule,the clinical efficacy and safety of Danchi Huoxue capsule in patients with SAP with phlegm-stasis interaction were evaluated.To provide basis for danchi Huoxue capsule to treat PATIENTS with SAP phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:Sixty patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 patients in each group.Patients in both groups were given standardized western medicine treatment,and danchi huoxue capsule was added to the experimental group.Activity endurance was evaluated by 6-minute walking test,blood lipid,liver function and renal function were detected by clinical laboratory,and activity endurance,electrocardiogram and efficacy of patients in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The effectiveness and safety were analyzed by establishing a database with statistical software package SPSS25.0.Results:1.The curative effect of TCM syndrome in experimental group was much better than that in control group(P<0.01).2.The TCM syndrome score of the experimental group after treatment was extremely better than that before treatment(P<0.01);There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score of the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).3.The symptoms of angina pectoris in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01).4.The electrocardiogram improvement of experimental group was much better than that of control group(P<0.01).5.The levels of blood lipid in both groups were improved compared with before.The cholesterol index and triglyceride index of experimental group were improved significantly better than that of control group(P<0.01),and high-density lipoprotein index was better than that of control group(P<0.05).6.The experimental group had no adverse reactions during the treatment,so it can be safely used.Conclusion:The combined application of Danchi Huoxue capsule and western medicine standardized treatment of SAP phlegm and blood stasis interaction program has a more significant clinical effect than the simple use of Western medicine,and danchi Huoxue capsule did not find adverse reactions in the test process,good safety.
