Prof.Zhou Yabin’s Study Of Clinical Drugs For Cardiac Neurosis

Objective:Statistical software SPSS22.0 and frequency analysis and cluster analysis methods were used to statistically analyze prescription medicines used by Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of cardiac neuroses.Analyze and summarize Professor Zhou Yabin’s experience in the use of drugs and experience in clinical treatment of cardiac neuroses.Diseases provide a reference.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the first consultation prescription for 100 patients with cardiac neurosis who visited the Department of Cardiology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2015 to December 2016 was collected.All patients were diagnosed and treated by Professor Zhou Yabin.The drugs used in the 100 prescriptions were analyzed by Excel 2003 and SPSS 22.0 statistical software for frequency analysis and cluster analysis.Results:1.The first diagnosis of 100 patients with cardiac neurosis was Chinese herbal medicine with 118 tastes,and the total frequency of medication was 1896.Among them,the drugs with the highest frequency of medication were licorice,bupleurum,pinellia,peony,keel,oyster,and astragalus.Rhubarb,cassia twig,Polygala.2.Among 100 patients with cardiac neurosis,1,896 were for sharing drugs,373 for tonic drugs,337 for tranquilizers,203 for detoxification,190 for detoxification,and 190 for detoxification,cough and asthma.142 times,136 times for qi drugs,108 times for Pinggan Xifeng,87 times for diarrhea,86 for astringent,81 for diuresis,77 for Huoxue Huayu,and 77 for Huoxue Huayu.The drug was used 45 times,Wenli medication was used 14 times,hemostatic medication was used 8 times,Kaiqiao medication was used 3 times,digestion medication was used 3 times,vomiting medication was used twice,and rheumatoid medication was used once.3.Among 100 patients with cardiac neurosis,696 were cold medications,598 were regular medications,562 were warm medications,30 were cold medications,and 10 were hot medications.4.In the first diagnosis of 100 patients with cardiac neurosis,there were 962 times of sweet medicine,886 times of bitter medicine,651 times of medicinal medicine with pungent taste,212 cases of sour medicine,149 cases of salty medicine,139 times of astringent medicine,light taste.Drugs 73 times.5.In the first diagnosis of 100 patients with cardiac neurosis,systematic cluster analysis was performed on the first 50 Chinese herbs used in the first 50 prescriptions.A total of 9 pairs of commonly used drugs were combined,and 5 pairs of commonly used drugs were combined.The drug combination was Astragalus,Atractylodes,keel,Oysters,Bupleurum,Guizhi,wolfberry,Poly gala,Astragalus,Codonopsis,Campanulaceae,Cimicifuga,Dragon’s teeth,Mother of Pearl,Salvia,Chuanxiong,Schisandra,Boziren.Drug combinations are Sophora flavescens,Scrophularia,Nardelli,Gorgonia,Flint wheat,Cy perus rotundus,Magnolia officinalis,Rhizoma Chuanziensis,turmeric,woody,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria,yam,white lentils,Amomum villosum,Coix seed.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhou Yabin’s medications for the treatment of cardiac neurosis include licorice,bupleurum,pinellia,peony,keel,oyster,astragalus,rhubarb,cassia twig,and Polygala.2.Prof.Zhou Yabin ’ s treatment of cardiac neurosis often uses tonic drugs and tranquilizers.3.Prof.Zhou Yabin’ s medicines for treating cardiac neuroses are mostly sweet,bitter,and pungent.Medicinal properties are mostly cold and peaceful.4.Prof.Zhou Yabin ’ s treatment of cardiac neurosis often uses combinations of astragalus,atractylodes.keel,oyster,bupleurum,cassia,wolfberry,Polygala,astragalus,Codonopsis,Campanulaceae,Cimicifuga,Longdon,mother-of-pearl,Salvia miltiorrhiza,and Chuanxiong.Schisandra,Boziren.The commonly used drug combinations are Sophora flavescens,Scrophularia,Nardelli,Fructus Aurantii,Flint wheat,Cyperus rotundus,Magnolia officinalis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Yujin,Woody,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria,yam,white lentils,Amomum villosum,Poria cocos benevolence.
