Obj ective:To observe the difference in the clinical efficacy between the traditional acupuncture method combined with Shu-Mu acupuncture method and the simple conventional acupuncture method in the treatment of cardiac neurosis. Methods:This project selected patients with cardiac neurosis in the fourth ward or outpatient department of acupuncture and moxibusti on in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture once a day for 30 minutes;the treatment group was combined with the method of combining Shu and Mu points on the basis of the conventional acupuncture treatment in the control group, the method was to complete 30 minutes of conventional acupuncture, and then instruct the patient to take the lateral position and pinprick Xinshu,Juque,Ganshu, and Qimen, except for Juque, were taken bilaterally, and the time was also 30 minutes, and the operation was performed once a day.Four weeks is a course of treatment,a total of one course of treatment. Before and after treatment, the patients’ scores on the TCM Syndrome Scale,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Somatic Self-Rating Scale(SSS)were recorded respectively, and use statistics to analyze the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scale score,HAMA score and SSS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Comparing within the group after treatment, the scale scores of the two groups of patients decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01),the difference was extremely significant and statistically significant;comparison between the groups, the scores of each scale in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.2.In terms of the scores of the TCM Syndrome Scale, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.In terms of HAMA score, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.4.In terms of SSS score, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The traditional acupuncture method combined with Shu-Mu acupuncture method and simple conventional acupuncture can all reduce the TCM Syndrome Scale,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Somatic Self-Rating Scale(SSS)score.2.The traditional acupuncture method combined with Shu-Mu acupuncture method in the treatment of cardiac neurosis, compared with simple conventional acupuncture,it is more effective in clinical efficacy, improvement of TCM syndromes, anxiety and somatization symptoms.3.The traditional acupuncture method combined with Shu-Mu acupuncture method can get good results in treating cardiac neurosis.
