The research background:Ovarian cancer in TCM belongs to remove lump,intestinal tain,accumulation,such as category,its early symptom is not obvious,And the bad thing is that it was malignant when we found out.No symptoms at the early stage of the disease or the main performances are Abdominal flatulence,not want to eat,When the disease is late the symptom such as abdominal pain,ascites.Oppression,Chinese Medicine thinks the disease,invaded assault by inadequate of vital qi,such as modern impeded,zang-fu disorders cause,TCM believes that one of the important factors for the disease development of modern factors,has a significant effect on the prevention and treatment of the disease.purpose of research:This study through the questionnaire survey to ovarian cancer,summing up the modern condition of traditional Chinese medicine of ovarian cancer patients and related factors of early screening for ovarian cancer patients to provide evidence to support,to help strengthen the ovarian cancer early intervention and prevention.Methods:mainly adopts Liu Fenglin designed the measurement questionnaire of five dynasty From 03 months of 2016 to December of 2017 in Gynecologic ward to Harbin medical university(HaYiDa)the research of gynecological wards in the hospital,131 cases of patients with ovarian cancer,the questionnaire survey to study the modern state of the ovarian cancer patients,and discuss the with patient general condition(such as age,education,occupation,living environment,etc.),pathological type,the relationship between the figo staging,of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in patients with ovarian cancer five situation and related factors were statistically analyzed,using spss22 statistical software for processing.Research results:1.The emotions of 131 ovarian cancer patients areAbnormal more than norma moodl.Intheabnormality;anger>Sadness>Melancholy>Terrified>Happiness.Including normal modern59(45.0%),anger35(26.7%),Happiness(2.3%),three peoples,Melancholy 12(9.2%),Sadness 14(10.7%),Terrified8(6.1%).The survey showed that Abnorma mood is the main emotion for ovarian cancer patients,followed by anger.2.Patients with ovarian cancer have a high degree of traditional Chinese medicine with higher education and secondary education,followed by anger.People with low educational background mainly focus on anger,followed by normal feeling and compassion.3.131 different places to residence in ovarian cancer patients with modern characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for patients is mainly of modern city for normal modern,followed by anger,mainly of modern rural patients to anger,followed by normal modern,tzu chi and sadness.4.The relationship between the course of illness and the patient's traditional Chinese medicine is the shorter the patient's course,the higher the normal proportion of emotion,the more than 1 year of the patient,the main emotion is the anger.5.and ovarian cancer patients with different number of chemotherapy is less,with the number of modern relationship for chemotherapy in patients with normal modern composition ratio,the greater the number increase with chemotherapy,abnormality of modern occur rate is higher,the most common to anger he.Conclusion:1.Patients with ovarian cancer mainly focus on Abnormal emotions,followed by anger,Sadness and Melancholy.2.Patients with ovarian cancer have a certain correlation with the degree of culture,residence,duration and number of chemotherapy.3.The theory of TCM theory provides theoretical basis for clinical establishment of corresponding prevention,dialectical and therapeutic principles.
