Objective:The effects and study of clinical value on application of combination of Metoprolol tartrate and Perindopril tert-butylamine or application of them respectively,which test on the MMP-9,NT-proBBNP,cTnI,the level of CRP and LVEF in blood serum of aged patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:Based on the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,216 cases of patients with heart failure have been regarded as research objects,(The research started from December in 2015 to June in 2017)and divide all the patients into three groups at random.?The group of 72 cases of Perindopril tert-butylamine(Abbreviation:Contrast Group A);?The group of 72 cases of Metoprolol tartrate(Abbreviation:Contrast Group B);?The group of 72 cases of the mix up with Perindopril tert-butylamine and Metoprolol tartrate(Abbreviation:Contrast Group C);The patients in Contrast Group A will receive the treatment of Perindopril tert-butylamine based on the conventional fundenmental treatment.The patients in Contrast Group B will receive the treatment of Metoprolol tartrate based on the conventional fundenmental treatment.The patients in Contrast Group C will receive the treatment of Perindopril tert-butylamine and Metoprolol tartrate based on the conventional fundenmental treatment.Make comparison and analysis of the change in the level of MMP-9,NT-proBNP,cTnI,CRPand index of LVEF in patients' blood serum,and do study of clinical after treatment.The treatment of three groups last for three months.The comparison of the change in the level of MMP-9,NT-proBNP,cTnI,CRPand index of LVEF in patients'blood serum and the efficiency of treatment needs to be made.After collecting statistics,use the software SPSS 22.0 to analyse.P<0.05 has statistical significance.Results:1.There are no significant differences in the general data and pretreatment serum levels of NT-proBNP,cTnI,CRP,MMP-9 and LVEF between the three groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison index of NT-proBNP,cTnl,CRP,MMP-9,LVEF index in bood serum after treatment improves obviously.The comparison of the difference in indexes before and after treatment has statisticial significance(P<0.05).3.There are no significant differences in the general data and pretreatment serum levels of NT-proBNP,cTnI,CRP,MMP-9and LVEF between the A and B groups(P>0.05).4.When compared with Combination group and group A?B,the difference between pretherapy and post-treatment of patients with HFrEF has statistical significance(P<0.05).5.There are no significant differences in the pretherapy and post-treatment change levels of HFmrEF and HFpEF between the three groups(P>0.05).6.The comparison about efficiency of three groups' treatment:the efficiency of Group C(94.0%)is obviously higher than the other two contrast groups(53.8%);the difference between the two sorts of groups has statisticial significance(P<0.05).7.The comparison about the hospitalization return rate in the two sorts of groups:hospitalization return rate of Group C(4.16%)is obviously lower than Contrast Group A(15.27%)and Group B(16.67%).The difference between the three groups has statisticial significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The treatment of using the combination of Perindopril tert-butylamine and Metoprolol tartrate has higher efficiency than only using Perindopril tert-butylamine or Metoprolol tartrate,which can decrease the index of MMP9,NT-proBNP,cTnI and CRP in patients'blood serum effectively.The treatment of Group C can improve the efficiency of treatment and lower the hospitalization return rate.2.Among the aged patients with chronic heart failure,people whose treatment uses the combination of Perindopril tert-butylamine and Metoprolol tartrate has a better control of the index of LVEF in blood serum.The index of MMP-9 may be regared as the biochemical indicator for evaluating therapy response and prognosis.
