The Approach Of Constructing Harmonious Doctor-patient Relationship From The Perspective Of Military Hospital

With the rapid development of society,the medicine has been more rapidly developed.However,the medical issues are not to be underestimated,and the doctor-patient relationship is a popular study.Throughout the historical data,our country the doctor-patient relationship is not harmonious,frequent medical disputes,and even violence injury medical phenomenon,seriously affected the normal operation of the hospital.The mass production of doctor-patient disputes has also affected the public security of the society,making the public think that doctor is a "high-risk profession".The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China clearly put forward put forward the implementation of the healthy China strategy for the first time.The harmonious degree of doctor-patient relationship is directly related to the sustainable development of the national health cause.The dissonance of the doctor-patient relationship has caused serious losses to the society,the hospital and the patients.Therefore,it is urgent to study how to build and develop the doctor-patient relationship.The military hospital has its special nature.It has a strong sense of social responsibility,and has a strong sense of discipline.The management system is relatively strict.The impression given to patients is that military hospitals have higher medical standards,stricter discipline,and more local hospitals.The service is better.However,due to the reform of the military and the impact of the market economy,the military hospitals have a potential risk of doctor-patient disputes.With the unfavorable guidance of public opinion and the general increase in the cost of medical treatment,medical disputes in military hospitals have become increasingly prominent,affecting the image of the military and even the safety and stability of the military.The impact of this has far surpassed that of local hospitals.Building a harmonious relationship is even more important.After consulting the literature,it is found that there is less research on the establishment of doctor-patient relationship in military hospitals.The research steps include: literature,field research,theoretical analysis,inductive summaries,conclusions and suggestions.Firstly,the research status of doctor-patient relationship at home and abroad was studied in detail through the literature research.It was found that many theoretical studies at home and abroad lacked specific research on the local and army hospital about doctor-patient relationship in China.Therefore,supported by medical ethics theory,this paper detailed use of responsibility theory,harmony theory and virtue theory analysis the damage doctor-patient relationship detuning,and the research results were analyzed,and the reasonable suggestions are given.In this paper,by means of the questionnaire survey,one army hospital and two medical staffs in the local hospital were selected as the research object,corresponding current status quo of the doctor and patient was investigated,and the patient was randomly assigned questionnaire survey.Through statistical analysis,army hospitals and local hospitals the cause of the tension of doctor-patient relationship and the reason of doctor-patient contradiction are the same.The way to promote the development of good doctor-patient relationship is the same.The medical personnel to solve doctor-patient dispute method is the same,and most of the health care workers to pressure.However,there was a slight difference in the survey data between the army hospital and local doctors and patients in the proportion of the medical staff receiving the patient's thank-you letters and the pennants,as well as the proportion of the doctor-patient disputes.Through the analysis of this paper,it is concluded that there are many commonalities between army hospital and local hospital in doctor-patient relationship,but there are also slight differences.It analyze that similarity and difference between the army hospital and local hospital doctor-patient relationship in the army hospital and local hospital respectively,and puts forward corresponding suggestions on strengthen hospital service consciousness,improving hospital system construction,strengthening medical staff's medical ethics construction,etc.,in the basis of analysis result.The research results of this paper have certain guiding significance for the harmonious doctor-patient relationship improvement from the perspective of military hospital.
