Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Xihuang Pill In Treatment Of Vocal Cord Leukoplakia

Objective:Through the NBI endoscopic observation and clinical value of the clinical effect of Xihuang Pill in treatment of vocal cord leukoplakia,to provide new ideas of Non-surgical treatment of vocal cord leukoplakia.Methods: This study were obtained from the Department of ENT of Shanxi People’s Hospital and the diagnosis of leukoplakia.Use Xihuang Pill treatment of vocal cord leukoplakia,2 times a day,every time 3 g,treatment for 3 months.Application of NBI endoscopy check,screening IPCL for type III and type IV patients as the research object,The changes of IPCL and the changes of NBI were observed.Results:1.Before and after treatment were compared with endoscopic NBI Xihuang PillIPCL shows the effect of Xihuang Pill Treatment of type III and IV is significant,especially for the patients with type III IPCL.2.Before and after the treatment of Xihuangwan subjective and objective to compare the value of voice(1)The value of the objective voice analysis(maximum phonation time,harmonic ratio,fundamental frequency perturbation quotient,amplitude perturbation,fundamental frequency perturbation)P <0.01,indicating that there wa s statistical significance before and after treatment.(2)Before and after the treatment of subjective evaluation(G,R,B and VHI score)P < 0.01,indicating a statistically significant before and after treatment.3.Before and after treatment of the symptoms and signs of Xihuang Pill comparison(1)The total symptoms before and after treatment of Xihuang Pill(hoarseness,sore throat,foreign body sensation)P < 0.01,indicating a statistically significant before and after treatment.(2)Before and after treatment of Xihuang Pill(Vocal cord tumor,pachyderma circumscripta,injection of vocal cord,Vocal fold insufficiency)P < 0.01,indicating a statistically significant before and after treatment.(3)Before and after treatment of Xihuangwan state of an illness degree P < 0.01,indicating a statistically significant before and after treatment.4.According to the severity of the total treatment efficiency.Xihuang Pill in treating patients with mild rate was 100%,treatment of patients with moderate efficiency was 94.7%,the treatment of patients with effective rate was 60%.Conclusion:The effect of Xihuang Pill in treatment of vocal cord leukoplakia is exact,especially for patients with IPCL type III significantly.Xihuang Pill not only makes the vocal leukoplakia gradually reduced,but also can reduce the associated symptoms such as edema,hyperemia etc.
