| Objective:Analysis on the technology of virtual touch tissue quantitative in Tiny Hepatic Tumors(≤2cm)application value in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 74 Tiny Hepatic Tumors of 56 cases from 2014 June to 2015 January were examined, and the results were compared with the pathological results or clinical diagnosis. All patients underwent conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elasticity imaging.Statistical analysis was performed on the SWV for the differentiation of background liver parenchyma and lesions. The postoperative pathological results or clinical diagnosis as diagnostic criteria, make the curve(ROC)and the calculation of the area under the curve(AUC).Results:Shear wave benign mass averaged(1.42±0.54)m/s,the average value of shear wave and malignant tumors(2.45±0.84)m/s.There is significant difference between them(P<0.05).According to the average value of shear wave in benign and malignant tumors, the sensitivity for the vertical axis,(1-specific)as abscissa, making the curve(ROC)and the calculation of the area under the curve(AUC)was 0.854(95%Cl:0.753~0.925,P<0.001).When the cut off value of 1.91m/s,the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis of malignant lesions were 81.1%,89.2%,and the positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 88.25%and 82.52%.Conclusions:Virtual touch tissue quantitative analysis technique to quantitatively evaluate the Tiny Hepatic Tumors, provide important value for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant Tiny Hepatic Tumors. |
