| Objcetive:To investigate the curative effect of open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF)and minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO)for treatment of Surgical neck fracture of the humerus。Methods:Totally 60 patients diagnosed with Surgical neck fracture of the humerus, from January 2014 to August 2017,were selected as the research object.Depending on the different operation methods, the patients were divided into the traditional triangle pectoralis major muscle in the open reduction and internal fixation(group ORIF,32cases)and the deltoid percutaneous minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(group MIPPO,28cases).The time of operation, the amount of bleeding, the length of incision, the VAS score, the recovery of shoulder joint function and the complications were compared between the two groups and statistical analysis was performed. Results:In all patients,5 8 patients were given complete follow-up data, and the general data of the two groups were not statistically significant, and the two groups were comparable. The incision length, bleeding amount and operation time of group MIPPO were significantly lower than group ORIF.The first day after surgery and the 3rd day after the surgery, group MIPPO VAS score in was lower than group ORIF.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the last follow-up,the function score of shoulder joint of group MIPPO was higher than group ORIF and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of the follow-up,1 patient in ORIF group had limited joint activity, and 1 case had delayed union of fracture. One case of MIPPO group was lost after restoration.Conclsion:MIPPO has shorter operation time, blood loss, small incision, small trauma, less postoperative pain, early exercise and good function than ORIF in treating surgical neck fracture of the humerus. |
