Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Surgical Neck Fracture Of Humerus With Open Reduction And Internal Fixation Combined With Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Decoction

Objective: To explore the effect of open reduction locking plate fixation followed by Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction on postoperative pain swelling and shoulder joint function of humeral surgical neck fracture.Methods: According to the criteria of diagnosis,exclusion and inclusion,the patients from the Department of Microorthopedics,affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from December 2016 to May 2018.The patients with surgical neck fracture of humerus classified as Neer type Ⅱ or Ⅲ were numbered according to the order of admission and divided into observation group(n = 30)and control group(n= 30)according to random numerical table.All patients were treated with routine therapy(such as analgesic and antibacterial drugs)after operation.And all adopt the same method of practicing kung fu.One dose of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction prepared by our hospital was given orally to the observation group from the first day after operation.The patients in the control group were given 1 hour warm after dinner for a total of 1 month,and the control group kept the general treatment.The patients in the two groups were given VAS pain score before operation and 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively,and the shoulder joint function was evaluated quantitatively after 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after operation,and the follow-up time was 3 months.4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after operation,the shoulder joint functionwas evaluated quantitatively.Finally,SPSS23.0 is used to make statistical analysis of all the above data and draw a conclusion.Results:(1)There was no difference between the observation group and the control group in the aspects of sex,age and fracture(P> 0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in VAS pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)The VAS pain scores of the two groups were significantly reduced after 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation(P <0.05).(4)There was a significant difference in the VAS pain scores between the observation group and the control group at 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after the operation(P<0.05).(5)There was a significant difference in shoulder function scores between the observation group and the control group at 4,8 and 12 weeks after operation(P <0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group for the rehabilitation of the shoulder function.Conclusion: Open reduction and internal fixation combined with Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction is effective in the treatment of surgical neck fracture of humerus.For postoperative patients,it is beneficial to speed up the disappearance of shoulder swelling,reduce the pain significantly,carry out early functional exercise,promote fracture healing,enhance shoulder joint function,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.The clinical effect is true and worth drawing lessons from and popularizing.
