Objective : Diabetic retinopathy is a kind of blinding eye disease that causes irreversible change in retinal microvessels due to diabetes. The pathological manifestations of microvessels are exudation, ischemia and hypoxia, which can include the production of proliferative membrane to cause retinal detachment, and ultimately result in loss of vision. To investigate the effects of pan-retinal photocoagulation(PRP)with panretinal photocoagulation by multiple wavelength laser and panretinal photocoagulation by supra scan laser on the sever non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy and slight proliferative diabetic retinopathy by Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT)to analyze the change of macular choroidal thickness,it is expected to supply some important data for objectively evaluating that the supra scan laser is superior to panretinal photocoagulation by multiple wavelength laser.Methods:260 eyes of 260 patients who were diagnosed as severNPDR and slight PDR from October 2016 to October 2017 at Qingdao Municipal hospital were recruited and divided into two groups, the control group were 123 eyes of 123 patients, the test goup were 137 eyes of 137 patients.the control group were treated with panretinal photocoagulation by multiple wavelength laser while the test group were treated with panretinal photocoagulation by supra scan laser, the Heidelberg Spectralis HRA-OCT were performed before treatment 1 week,3months,6months after treatment. The thickness of subfoveal choroidal was measured and defined as subfoveal choroidalthickness(SFCT).at the point of 750 um and 1500 um on the scan lines in nasal, temporal, superior and inferior directions, define the choroidal thickness NCT750,NCT1500,TCT750,TCT1500,SCT750,SCT1500,ICT750,ICT1500,the average of 10 measure value defined as the average macular choroidal thickness(AMCT)?Statistical method : the data were analyzed by 19.0 statistical software, software repeated measurement of variance analysis were used to analyze the difference between before photocoagulation and after photocoagulation of choroidal thickness.P <0.05 as the standard of significant difference in statistic. Results : 1.The choroid thickness increased in both groups in 1week after treatment, there was statistical difference after treatment compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,Both groups increased especially in the control group, there was statistical difference in both groups(P<0.05)2.The macular fovea thickness decreased in both groups in 3 months than in1 week and there was statistical difference(P<0.05)3.The choroid thickness of 6 months is less than 3 months in both two groups, there was statistical difference(P<0.05).There was obvious drop in control group, there was statistics difference in two groups.(P<0.05)Conclusion:The macular fovea thickness of Patients of severe NPDR and PDR was thin, after supra scan laser photocoagulation treatment and multiple wavelength laser the macular fovea thicknesss increased in a short time.with time going by,the macular fovea thickness decreased. The effect of supra scan laser photocoagulation and multiple wavelength laser are the same.there was essspecially obvious change in control group, there was statistics difference in two kinds of photocoagulation treatment patterns.(P<0.05)...
