Objective:Discuss and compare the therapeutic effect, safety and operation re sult of the LCBDE-LC and ERCP/EST-LC.Methods:Collect 62 patient cases acce pting minimally invasive surgery in Xinjiang production construction corps hospital from January 2012 to March 2016.34 patients accepted LCBDE+LC treatment,28patients accepted ERCP/EST-LC treatment, compared relevant index on the achieve ment ratio of operation, duration of operation, postoperative gastrointestinal functio n recovery time, length of stay, hospitalization costs and early postoperative complic ations.Results:34 achievement cases of LCBDE-LC operation, achievement ratio(100%),2 cases suffer from postoperative bile leak;28 achievement cases of ERCP/EST-LC operation, achievement ratio(100%),4 cases suffer from postoperative acu tepancreatitis,4 cases suffer from postoperative hemorrhage. Two groups differ in t heoccurrence rate of postoperative acute pancreatitis and postoperative hemorrhage, which has statistical meaning(?~2=4.291,2.125,average P value<0.05).LCBDE-L C group is superior to ERCP/EST-LC group in aspects of duration of operation,le ngth of stay, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization costs, and the difference has statistical meaning.(The t value respectively=-9.836?-4.397?1.345?2.451,average P value is<0.05).Conclusions:Comparing the two minimally invasive operations,in the same indication,it shall choose LCBDE+LC to treat cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis.
