Objective: The pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation(AF)is currently the focus of research. In recent years,it has been found that PD-1 is associated with immune regulation of atrial fibrillation. In the study of PD-1 gene, there are more infectious diseases and autoimmune diseases.Studies on polymorphisms in the PD-1 gene have been found to be associated with the development of multiple immune disorders.PD-1 is highly expressed in the cardiovascular system and is therefore considered to play a key role in the development of cardiovascular disease and participates in the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation. The purpose of our study was to discuss the differences and associations of PD-1 gene polymorphisms in patients with atrial fibrillation of Han and Kazak in Xinjiang. Methods: A total of 100 Han and Kazakh atrial fibrillation patients. One hundred Kazakh patients each served as a control group.Peripheral venous whole blood was collected from patients and DNA samples were extracted. The PD-1 gene PD-1.1 site was tested by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and PD-1.1 was determined by direct sequencing. The differences in genotype and allele frequency distributions of the PD-1 gene PD-1.1 locus in Xinjiang Han and Kazak case groups and controls were investigated to detect polymorphic loci and atrial fibrillation There is no correlation.Result:There was no significant difference in the frequency of genotypes of the PD-1 gene polymorphism in the PD-1 gene between the AF and non-AF groups(P>0.05),and the allele frequencies were statistically significant(P<0.05).0.05).There was a significant difference in the genotype frequencies of the PD-1 gene polymorphisms in the Kazakh AF and non-AF groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the allele frequencies between the Kazak AF and non-AF groups.0.05).The genotype frequencies and allele frequencies of the PD-1 gene PD-1.1 locus in patients with Han nationality atrial fibrillation and Kazakh atrial fibrillation in Xinjiang region were different(P<0.05).In the Kazakh population, compared with the wild-type GG,genotype GA and AA can increase the risk of atrial fibrillation(P=0.018,OR=3.65,95%CI=1.25-10.62).Conclusion: There is a difference in genotype frequency of PD-1 gene polymorphisms in Kazakh atrial fibrillation and non-a-fib group.Compared with wild-type GG genotypes GA and AA are risk factors for atrial fibrillation. There is a difference in genotype frequency and allele frequency of the PD-1 gene polymorphism locus between Han and Kazakh atrial fibrillation group.
