Objective:to observe the clinical efficacy and analysis of the treatment of OVCF by the joint PKP.Methods: in xinjiang uygur autonomous region of traditional Chinese medicine hospital between December 2016 and December 2016,50 patients with single segmental OVCF as the research object, were randomly divided into experimental group(group A)to PKP holds treatment, postoperative to anti osteoporosis treatment of oral +bone impotent party for treatment; The control group(group B)was treated with PKP.Oral medication was given 24 hours after surgery.3 days,3 months and 6 months after surgery, the patients were followed up,and the indexes of VAS,ODI,Cobb Angle and the leading edge of the injury were recorded and analyzed.Results:(1)the VAS score and ODI score of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In march and June, the improvement of group A was better than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)there was a significant recovery in the Cobb Angle and the anterior margin of the injured vertebra in the two groups after surgery(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P >0.05).(3)in June, the cure rate of group A was better than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: PKP holds OVCF exact curative effect, obvious early pain relief, effectively restore vertebral body height correction after sudden deformity, impotent party on patients after PKP holds with bone pain relief, restore the waist activity ability and the long-term curative effect is better than that of control group as a whole.
