Objective:The retrospective study was conducted in order to analyse the epidemiological characteristics, clinical features, laboratory data and treatment practicesMethods:The clinical data of 10 cases of LN children who were hospitalized in our hospital from November 2016 to February 2018 were collected. The collected contents involved the children’s gender, age, first clinical manifestations of children with cSLE,and the occurrence of first symptoms to diagnosis. For the time of lupus nephritis, the pathological type of LN,laboratory test results(including urine routine, various antibodies, blood lipids, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, etc.)and treatment plan were collected, furthermore extrarenal symptoms after the diagnosis of LN were also collected.Results:1.Of the 10 cases of lupus nephritis collected,There were 2 male pediatric patients and 8 female pediatric patients(1:4)with a mean age of 11.3 years(range 3-16 years). The youngest age was 3 years old,the oldest was 16 years old,2.Start of the most common clinical manifestation in children with 10 cases of edema(7 cases),followed by hematuria(5 cases),fever(4 cases),skin(3 cases),including skin rashes, facial erythema, joint pain(1 case). All children from the first symptom to the diagnosis of LN time from 1 to 3 years and 7 months. After the diagnosis of LN,2 cases of mumps in the disease process,1 case appeared with lupus encephalopathy,1 case of cerebral thrombus and double the lateral femoral condyle and femoral head necrosis, for antiphospholipid syndrome in 1 case.3.Among the 10 child patients with LN,7 had proteinuria and 24 hours of urine protein quantitative examination, and the mean of 24h urine protein quantitative results were 2082mg(306mg-3600mg).Autoantibody test:all children with LN had positive anti-ANA,except for 1 case of anti-dsDNA antibody below normal, the other children were positive for anti-dsDNA antibody, and 2 children with ANCA negative, all the other were positive.Anti-sm antibody positive 9 cases(45.2%),anti-SSA antibody positive 9 cases(35.5%),anti-SSB antibody positive 7 cases(33.9%)The results of the other laboratory tests were:2 cases of blood lipids were increased, the remaining were unknown. For all,C3 was low,4 cases were positive for anti-cardiolipsin antibody(25.8%),All Blood sedimentation incease.4.10 cases of children with LN clinical classification is as follows:3 cases of nephrotic syndrome type, followed by isolated hematuria and(or)proteinuria type(3 cases),acute nephritis in 3 patients(17.7%),subclinical type 1 case(1.6%).No cases of chronic nephritis, renal tubular interstitial damage and acute nephritis were found in the collected cases.5.The most common pathological types in all the patients with LN are IV type, there were 5 cases(71.0%),two cases of IV-S type, followed by V type(3 cases),including simple V in 2 cases.V + IV-G type in 1 case, then the 1 case of type II and type III.No 1 and 6 types of renal pathology were found in this collection.6.All the children were treated with immunosuppressants, and the drugs used were:cyclophosphamide,MMF,hydroxychloroquine, cyclosporine, hydroxychloroquine, lefluramide, tripterygium and the combination of steroid hormones. The average follow-up time of 10 children was 5.1 years(2-7 years),and urinary protein and renal function were normal as of the last follow-up.Conclusions:1.Children of lupus nephritis who were diagnose by renal biopsy biopsies were more common in female;2.LN children could be found in a variety of laboratory findings abnormalities, such as ANA,anti-dsDNA antibodies,anti-Sm antibodies,ANCA,C3;3.In this retrospective analysis, the most common clinical classification of children with lupus nephritis was nephrotic syndrome. The most common pathological type of children with lupus nephritis was type IV.4.Glucocorticoid combined with immun osuppressive therapy had important significance in improving the prognosis of children with LN.
