With the continuous development of nuclear science and technology in clinical medicine,radiation technology has been widely used in the medical industry,and radioactive equipments are also deep developed in X ray imaging diagnosis,radiotherapy,nuclear medicine,interventional radiology and many other categories.At the same time,more and more people have engaged in radiation work.Because of the particularity of radioactive medical equipment,it requires high level of radiation protection and safety management in the workplace.In the use of radioactive medical equipments for clinical medical diagnosis,treatment and physical examination,it is also likely to cause radiation accidents due to staff misoperation,equipment failure or improper management,which will cause serious harm to the staffs,patients,public and the surrounding environment.Therefore,the management of radioactive equipments in hospitals should be combined with advanced safety technology and management methods instead of simply relying on traditional experience.In order to estimate the risk of medical radioactive equipment,reduce the accident rate of radiological diagnosis and treatment and improve the safety level,and to ensure the environmental health and public safety,therisk assessment of hospital radioactive equipment is studied.The main contents are as follows:First,a number of typical medical radiation accidents happened in China were analyzed.The main causes of the accident were summed up from four aspects of human factors,physical factors,environmental factors and management factors.Referring to literature investigation and the relevant regulations and regulations of radioactive equipment in hospitals,the key points for safety evaluation of radioactive equipment in hospitals were put forward.According to this,combined with safety system engineering and the accident cause theory,the questionnaires were designed to investigate the magnitude and risk possibility of the risk factors of radioactive equipment,and150 questionnaires were issued in the radiology department,the radiotherapy department and the nuclear medicine department of a hospital in Hengyang.Secondly,using the principal component analysis(PCA),the reliability and validity analysis and factor analysis of the 138 valid questionnaires were carried out by SPSS18.0 software,and 12 main components were extracted as indicators,thus the corresponding risk assessment index system of hospital radioactive equipment was constructed.Then,using the Bayesian network modeling and analysis software Ge NIe2.1,combined with the expert knowledge and machine learning,the Bayesian network topology of risk assessment of hospital radioactive equipment was established,the causality between the nodes was determined,and the parameters of each node of theBias network were calculated,so that a complete hospital radioactivity set up was constructed.Risk assessment model.Finally,the model was used to carry out reverse reasoning and influence strength analysis,and the most dangerous risk factors of radioactive equipment in hospital were found out,and some suggestions on safety management were put forward.Combined with the physical truth,the reliability and practicability of the model were verified.
