| Objective: To explor value of the relationship between the product of D-dimer(D-dimer)and fibrinogen degradation products(FDP)in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STAMI)and the short-term prognosis of patients with STAMI.Design: Retrospective analysis of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2011 to June 2016 in patients undergoing emergency percutaneous coronary intervention.Patients were divided into survival group and death group according to the outcome of hospitalization, conduct general information comparison.Use D-dimer and FDP products and death toll draw out the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC),according to the best cut-off value(CUT-OFF),the patients were divided into high value group and low value group.Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyzes were performed on hospital-related deaths. Results: Patients in the death group had higher product levels than survivors(P<0.01).ROC cure indicated that the product level prediction of death group in patients with significance(P<0.05).The high value groups risk of cardiovascular death was higher than low value group in a year(P<0.01).Comparision between high value group and low value group are showed by multivariate analysis. The high value groups risk of premature death increases 3.22times(HR:3.22,95%CI 1.57~6.60,P=0.001).Conclusions: The product level of D-DIMER and FDP is associated with the prognosis of patients with STEMI,and there is a certain predictive value for the prognosis of STEMI patients. |
