Research On The Demand For Training Of Order Type Nursing Personnel In Xinjiang Minority Areas

Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the Xinjiang minority areas of different levels of hospital nursing management,nursing students and six colleges and universities nursing professional teacher training of cognition and demand on "order type" of nursing personnel,for the establishment of the Xinjiang national minority area "order type" and promote the nursing personnel training and "The Belt and Road" core area of medical service the center of nursing personnel construction that provide reference.Methods: 1.By stratified random sampling,20 hospitals in the first,two and three level hospitals in the north and south areas of Xinjiang were selected,self-made questionnaire was used to investigate it,questionnaires are issued and recycled through the post office and the network.At the same time,the method of target sampling was used to select 12 nursing directors from different grade hospitals in southern Xinjiang and Northern Xinjiang to conduct a semi-structured and in-depth interview.Analysis of interview data and content by Colaizzi phenomenological analysis.2.A cluster sampling method was used to investigate the order training of 858 nursing students at the College of nursing of Xinjiang Medical University,explore its demand for order training.3.A cluster sampling method was adopted in 6 universities with nursing specialty in Xinjiang.All the in-service nursing teachers were selected to explore their cognition and demand for order nursing talents training.Results: 1.The nursing managers of different grade hospitals were willing to take part in the total of 75.83% of the total sampling total,The nursing managers in the three level hospital are more urgent to the demand for the order type nursing personnel,There was significant difference in the ratio of participation willingness of nursing managers in different grades(P < 0.05).2.77.20% of the total number of samples taken from different ethnic groups and different levels of nursing students were willing to take part in the training of order nursing personnel,the needs of the nursing students at the ethnic and college level are more urgent for the training of the order type nursing talents,there was a significant difference in the ratio of participants' willingness to participate in different levels and different ethnic groups(P < 0.05).Different ethnic and different levels of nursing students have the most choice for order three hospitals,there was no significant difference in the selection of the order hospital between the Han undergraduate nursing students and the minority undergraduate nursing students(P > 0.05),there is a significant difference in the selection of the order hospital between the Han college nursing students and the minority junior college nursing students(P < 0.05).3.57.60% of the total number of sampled nursing teachers in Xinjiang were supported by the training of order nursing personnel,vocational college nursing teachers have higher demand for order training,the comparison between nursing teachers in Vocational colleges and Undergraduate schools was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.The results of the qualitative interview showed that: after analyzing and refining the three main topics of the training demand for order type nursing personnel in different grade hospitals in Xinjiang area: including there is a need for the training of order nursing personnel in different grades of hospitals,different grade hospitals have different demand for order nursing students,the hospital expects to establish an order type personnel training hospital school cooperation guidance committee.Conclusion: 1.The nursing staff of different grade hospitals in Xinjiang are not reasonable in age,educational background and professional title,it is urgent to establish an order type nursing personnel training model to optimize the internal structure of the nursing staff.The difference in the position of the hospital development makes it different to the demand of the order.There are relatively few specialized nurses in the three level hospitals and the shortage of nursing personnel in primary hospitals,it is the primary reason that it is willing to take part in the training of the order.3.Order training model can improve the sense of identity of nursing students at different ethnic and different levels,helping them to set up a correct concept of employment.4.Higher nursing teachers believe that order cultivation can be combined with regional characteristics,multicultural background and different disease spectrum in Xinjiang,training high quality nursing talents for the local and Silk Road countries.
