Clinical Significant Of Colour Doppler Ultrasound In Monitoring The Hemadynamics Of Fetal Umbilical Artery And Middle Cerebral Artery In Fetal Growth Restriction

Purpose: In order to evaluate the clinical significant of predicted fetal growth restriction(FGR)and abnormal pregnancy outcome,colour Doppler ultrasound was used in monitoring umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery of FGR in late-pregnancy.Methods: 80 cases of pregnant women treated in Xinghua Maternal and Child Health-care Hospital from October 2013 to October 2016 were selected and divided into two groups.40 cases for one group were FGR and another 40 cases were normal pregnancy.All cases at 34-36 weeks gestational age were checked by colour Doppler ultrasound to measure the index of fetal umbilical artery(UA)and middle cerebral artery(MCA):resistance index(RI),pulsating index(PI),systolic blood flow peak velocity(S)/diastolic blood flow velocity(D),and then analysed the data.All cases were followed up until perinatal outcome to evaluate the ties between parameters and pregnancy outcome.Results: Compared with normal fetus,the parameters of UA-PI,RI and S/D in FGR group were higher(P<0.01),it was statistical significance.The parameters of MCA-PI,RI and S/D in FGR group were lower than those in normal group(P<0.05),it was statistical significance.The blood flow parameters(PI?RI?S/D)between Apgar score ?7 and>7 were statistical significance.Conclusion:The blood flow parameters(PI?RI?S/D)of umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery in late pregnancy were evaluated as sensitive indexes in FGR.Blood flow parameters in different Apgar scores indicated that there were close ties between all abnormal indexes in UA and MCA.After tested by colour Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)in suspected FGR,it showed that blood flow parameters of UA rise abnormally and decrease abnormally of MCA were clinical significance in estimating the degree of fetus distress.
