psychological work in schools, vigorously popularize the knowledge of mental health and set up a professional team of teachers for psychological intervention so as to broaden the channels of communication and solve troubles for petty officer cadets in time.(2)We should strengthen the construction of soft hardware of psychological facilities and focus on the development of group psychological counseling programs and psychological quality training programs that are suitable for the actual troops to carry out regular exercise on the psychological stress source which is often encountered by the primary task force squadron and improve the resistance ability of petty officer cadets.(3)We should appropriately exaggerate the proportion of psycho-related courses in the whole teaching content and teach cadets the simple and practical method to enhance their psychological self-help ability.(4)We should scientifically formulate military physical training programs, deploy appropriate training and free time to increase the pleasant life experience and combine exertion and rest.(5)We should change the undesirable cognitive pattern and encourage cadets to actively utlize the social support system to seek help to strengthen the coordination of psychological work between family and school.
