ObjectivesTo investigate the characteristics and influencing factors of mental disorders among urban residents in Tangshan.MethodsPeople aged 18 and older were randomly selected from five districts of Tangshan city by using multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method. With the general health questionnaire(GHQ-12)participants can be divided into high, medium and low risk group.American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders(DSM-?)and axis?(SCID-I/P)were adopted to conduct the diagnosis of mental disorders on the patients of which the sleep condition was investigated by Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)and the factors affecting sleep quality were analyzed.Results1 The total number of patients was 2815,the effective complete detection was2711,the total detection rate of mental disorders was 12.91%,the prevalence of mood disorders was 2.80%,the prevalence of schizophrenia and other psychiatric disorders was4.13%,the prevalence of anxiety disorders was 4.76%,the prevalence of somatic form disorders was 0.33%,the prevalence of mental retardation was 0.41%,the prevalence of dementia was 0.48%.2 The top three mental disorders were anxiety disorder, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, mood disorders.3 There were statistically significant differences in the total rates of mental disorders among different age groups(?~2=38.43,P<0.01).The results showed that the total prevalence of mental disorders was highest in people between 18 and 35 years old(15.1%),and lowest in people over 66years old(9.29%).4 Multivariate Logistic analysis was performed to analyze the influencing factors of the total prevalence of mental disorders, and the results showed that age(0.761,95%CI:0.599-0.966),occupation(1.113,95%CI:1.004-1.234),medical source(1.164,95%CI:1.033-1.313)and family income(0.695,95%CI:0.496-0.974)were related to the prevalence of mental disorders(P<0.05).5 The PSQI score was the lowest in the group that did physical exercise 1-2 times a week, and the highest in the group that never did physical exercise, indicating that appropriate physical exercise is conducive to sleep quality. In terms of the time online, the PSQI score of those who never used the internet and those who used the internet for 1-3 hours per day was significantly lower than those who used the internet for more than 5 hours. The score of smoking group was higher than that of non-smoking group. The PSQI score of tea drinking group was lower than that of non-tea drinking group. The PSQI value of the drinking group was higher than that of the non-drinking group. The differences of the above grouping data were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).6 Taking PSQI index as the dependent variable and various lifestyle variables as the independent variable, and adopting the plurality linear regression analysis, the variables finally entering the equation include the number of years of smoking, frequency of drinking, frequency of drinking tea, time on the Internet and physical exercise(P<0.01).Conclusions 1 The total detection rate of mental disorders was 12.91%,and the top three mental disorders were anxiety disorder, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders and mood disorders.2 There is a difference in the total prevalence of mental disorders among different age groups. The total prevalence of mental disorders among people aged 18-35(15.1%)is the highest, and the total prevalence of mental disorders older than 66 is the lowest(9.29%).3 Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that age, occupation, medical source and family income were related to mental disorders.4 Proper physical exercise, reasonable diet,Internet time control, less smoking and less alcohol, healthy and good lifestyle are important factors to maintain good sleep.Figure 0;Table 15;Reference 47...
