| BACKGROUD:Select a number of patients with high grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage as the research object, and further study and analyze the specific treatment effect under different drainage ways after operation, and then observe the impact on prognosis of patients.Materials and methodsA retrospective analysis from January 2013 to January 2016 in Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Department of Neurosurgery treated 84 cases of high-grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage patients treated in the hospital all the information in the process of the 2 group patients were intracranial aneurysm surgery in the treatment of disease after 3 days, and then combined with routine treatment the corresponding. There were 84 patients in two groups,42 in each group. The patients who underwent continuous lumbar drainage after operation were selected as the treatment group, and the patients undergoing routine lumbar puncture drainage were used as control group. After treatment of the 2 groups of patients were headache remission time, intracranial pressure rise to the standard value of the time were analyzed, and according to the 2 groups of patients, symptoms and complications of the 2 groups of patients in the treatment process of detailed records,in to evaluate the prognosis of the 2 groups after treatment, the the approach for the Glasgow outcome score,GOS,at the same time, respectively in 2 groups before and after treatment in the brain artery flow velocity(Vm)were detected.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 40.48%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 76.19%.(x2=11.02,P<0.01);the control group in the treatment of patients with intracranial pressure after the rise to the standard range for longer than the treatment group, the time was(16.85 + 2.46),D(14.88 + 2.68)d,the latter of which is the time when(12.62 +2.24),D(11.74 + 2.17)d(5.90,t=8.23,P,<0.01);the control group after treatment of probability of cerebral vasospasm and hydrocephalus and a series of complications is much higher than the treatment group(P<0.05);When the treatment was completed, the Vm and GOS scores of the 2 groups were compared with those before treatment,.and the Vm was significantly decreased, and the GOS score increased significantly, and the degree of change of each index in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionPatients in the treatment, the use of continuous lumbar drainage can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of clip after clipping of intracranial aneurysms in patients with high-grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, effectively alleviate the pain, and the prognosis can be effectively improved,at the same time, the probability of complications in patients after treatment is relatively low,so the clinical treatment effect of this approach is worthy of further study and analysis,so as to promote a wider range of application to... |
