Objective: 1.To explore the feasibility of combined budesonide inhalation in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux cough.2.To evaluate combined budesonide inhalation in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux cough, which can improve the curative effect, shorten the time of cough remission, reduce airway inflammation. Methods: A total of 52 patients, who were diagnosed with gastroesophageal relux cough underwent gastroscope,Among them,32 cases(61.5%),female 20 cases(38.5%),average age(49.9±11.6)age,in Respiratory Medicine of Shaoyang Central Hospital from December 2015 to May 2017 were recruited.52 patients were quasi-randomly divided into two groups according to the time of admission to the hospital. The regular group were received regular medicine including the proton pump inhibitor, gastric dynamics and gastric mucosa protectant, the inhalation group were inhaled by using budesonide high-pressure pump on the basis of oral proton pump inhibitor, gastric motility medicine and gastric mucosal protector. Both groups were treated for the four weeks and to observe the cough symptom score, the questionnaire score and the airway inflammation cell improvement situation, simultaneously comparing the difference of curative effects, the time of cough remission, the percentage of air inflammation cells, and adverse drug reaction in two groups. Results: 1.52 patients were treated with 4 weeks, and there was no significant difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment in two groups, cough symptom score and reflux questionnaire score decreased, and the absolute count of sputum Eosinophil was significantly lower than that in normal group after treatment(0.013±0.044)(0.026±0.007)%,P<0.05],The percentage of eosinophils in the inhaled group was lower than that in the conventional group(0.43±0.58)%(0.83±0.20)%,P<0.05],but there was no significant difference in the absolute count and the percentage of central granulocyte cells after treatment.3.The total effective rate in the inhalation group was higher than that in the conventional group [96.4%(27/28)than 75.0%(16/24),P<0.05].The inhalation group cough remission days were lower than the regular group [(21.41±3.57)days ratio(24.75±5.10)days,P<0.05].Conclusion:1.Combined budesonide inhalation in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux cough is clinically safe and feasible.2.Combined Budesonide inhalation in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux cough can improve the curative effect, shorten the time of cough remission, reduce airway inflammation,it is worthy of clinical application.
