| Objective:Our research is focus on the curative effect on the different kinds of meniscal injury and figure out which have a better result in order to provide a basic guiding for menisucus tearing repaire Method:Patients who meet our criterion are chosen from Dec.2016 to Fed.2017 Sept.Then we take record about the patient including BMI,damage type,Lysolm score fundamental information and laboratory examination.Then the surgeons preform the operation with the Fast fix meniscal repair system(all the operations are done by one surgeon group).After the surgery,the patient will recive a standard rehabitation including intermittent pneumatic compression,ice compress et.After the patiant revoered,we teke a follow up survey by teke record of the Lysolm score.Instruct by the view in the arthroscopy,we divid patiant in 5 group.And then,write dowm the number of the ssuture we use the spss19.0 software package to analyse the data of the 5 group including BMI,Lysolm score.In the end,we figure out which kind of the meniscal tear have a better clinical result Result:No complication occured including infection ?nerve injury?vessal injury?thrombus et.Postoperative limb function is normal,no pain,locks and other special discomfort.All the pations is treat with the Routine postoperative rehabilitation.In total of 93 pations whom have been divied into 5 groups which is longitudinal crack(17 people),oblique crack(19 people),disc shaped crack(18people),horizontal crack group(25 people),and radial crack(14 people).Lyshlom average scores were 38.39±2.48?39.49±4.46?43.56±5.31?36.72±6.44?42.98±3.90? Conclusion:The Fast fix have a significantly and reliable effect on horizontal crack,longitudinal crack and oblique crack,disc shaped crack,and radial crack.2.The Fast fix in the treatment of the different types of meniscus injury have a diffrents resuld which is in order for the horizontal crack,longitudinal crack and oblique crack,disc shaped crack and radial crack. |
