| Objective:To disscus the meniscus tear and arthroscopic meniscal repair .Methods: A retrospective study was carried out in 44 cases of arthroscopic meniscal repair .Resrults:15 of 44 cases were followed up with second-look arthroscopy and MRI ,After a mean follow up of 16 months ,the success rates in healing is 100% .Conclusions : The meniscus plays an important role in the function of the knee.Preservation of the meniscus is preferred if impossible when considering trentment of a meniscus tear.The technique for arthroscopic meniscus repair will become one of the most common orthopaedic surgical procedures in the china . |
