A Comparative Study Of 1470nm-Laser Vaporization Prostatectomy And Transurethral Plasmakinetic Prostatectomy Used In The Treatment Of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective : Discuss and compare the urethra of 1470 nm laser vaporization of prostate(1470 nm laser vaporization prostatectomy)and transurethral resection of prostate plasma cut method(transurethral plasmakinetic prostatectomy,TUPKP)used in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)efficacy and safety,provide reference for clinical surgery operation choice.Methods:From March 2017 to November 2017,76 patients with BPH admitted to the urologic department of our hospital were retrospectively collected.Divided into Group 1470nmn-laser(34)and Group TUPKP(42)according to the different methods of operation.All operations were done by sophisticated surgeons with experience in both TURP and TUPKP to attenuate deviations of different operators.Preoperative indicators were compared between the two groups :ages,PV,IPSS,QOL,Qmax,PVR,Hb,Na+;Compare the difference between the two groups before and after surgery;Comparison of the operation time,time of postoperative bladder irrigation,duration of indwelling catheter,postoperative hospitalization time between the two groups;At 3months after surgery,compare the statistics of the two groups in the IPSS,QOL,Qmax,PVR and operative complications.Results : All the 76 cases of BPH operations were operated on according to the operation procedure of the video.1.There was no statistically significant difference in preoperative indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The decrease of hemoglobin in the 1470 nm group was lower than that in the TUPKP group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference of serum sodium between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Compared of perioperative indicators : time of postoperative bladder irrigation,duration of indwelling catheter,postoperative hospitalization time,Group 1470nm-laser is shorter than Group TUPKP,there were significant differences in all these indicators between the two groups(P<0.05);But the operation time of the Group 1470 nm is longer than Group TUPKP,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.IPSS,QOL,Qmax,PVR were followed up 3 months after surgery.Comparison of preoperative and postoperative three months between the two groups,he difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.In terms of complications,the incidence of 1470nm-laser group was 0%(0/34)while the TUPKP group was 4.8%(2/42).The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.For BPH patients,1470 nm laser vaporization and transurethralplasma electrotomy can significantly improve the symptoms of lower urinary tract,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and the efficacy is similar.2.Although the transurethral of 1470 nm laser prostatic vaporization is longer than that of the transurethral prostatic plasma electrotomy,the intraoperative hemorrhage is less and the postoperative recovery is faster.3.There was no significant difference in the recent complications between the two types of surgery.
