Objective: 1.To investigate the expression of TSLC-1,STAT3 and HER-2 in ovarian serous carcinoma.2.To investigate the rela-ti onship between the expression of TSLC-1,STAT3 and HER-2 in ovarian serous carcinoma.Method:A total of 180 paraffin blocks were collected from specimens of ovarian serous tumors that were surgically resected in Hu nan Provincial Tumor Hospital in 2014-2017.The experimental group consisted of 80 cases of advanced ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma,50 cases of low grade ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma,30 cases of ovarian borderline serous tumors were used as observation group,and 20 cases of ovarian serous cystadenoma as the control group.Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the ex-p ressionof TSLC-1,STAT3 and HER-2 protein in ovarian serous tumor tissues.Result:1.The expression rates of TSLC-1 in high grade serous ovarian cancer,low grade serous carcinoma,borderline serous tumor and benign serous cystadenoma were 27.5%,56%,83.3%,100.0%,respectively,and gradually increased.There were significant differences in the expression of TSLC-1 protein between high grade serous ovarian cancer,low grade serous carcinoma,borderline serous tumor and benign serous cystadenoma(P<0.05),TSLC1 protein expression was significantly different between the high-grade serous carcinoma and the low-grade serous carcinoma(P<0.05).In contrast,there was no significant difference in the expression of TSLC-1 in borderline serous tumors and benign serous tumors(P>0.05).The positive expre ssion rate of TSLC-1 in high-grade serous carcinoma was significan-tly lower than that of low-grade serous carcinoma(P<0.05).The expression rate of TSLC-1 was lower in grade III and IV serous carcinoma and lymphatic metastasis than in grades I and II.There was a negative correlation between serous carcinoma and those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).No correlation with patient age(P>0.05).2.The positive rates of STAT3 expression in ovarian high grade serous carcinoma and low grade serous carcinoma were 80.0%and 52.0%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the serous ovarian borderline tumor(36.7%),but significantly high-er in benign serous cystadenoma Down to 10.0%.The expression of STAT3 protein in ovarian high grade serous carcinoma,low grade serous carcinoma and borderline serous tumor and benign serous cystadenoma was significantly different(P<0.05),STAT3 protein ex-pression was significantly different between high-grade serous carcinoma and low-grade serous carcinoma(P<0.05),but not between borderline serous tumors and benign serous tumors(P>0.05).The ex-pression of STAT3 in ovarian serous carcinoma was positively correlated with the patient’s pathological grade and surgical-pathological staging.The expression of STAT3 was also increased in patients wi-th lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).It was not related to the age of patients(P>0.05).3.The positive rate of HER-2 in ovarian high grade serous ca r-cinoma was 28.75%,significantly higher than 12.00% and 6.67%in low grade serous carcinoma and borderline serous tumor,but not in benign serous cystadenoma,The positive rate was 0%.The expre-ssion of HER-2 protein in high-grade serous carcinoma was significantly different from that in borderline serous tumors and benign serous cystadenoma(P<0.05).The high grade serous carcinoma was significantly lower than the low-grade serous There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The expression of HER-2protein in low grade serous carcinoma was not significantly different from that in borderline tumor and benign serous cystadeno-ma(P>0.05).In borderline serous tumors and benign serous cystad-enoma,There was no significant difference(P>0.05).The expression of HER-2 protein was positively correlated with histological grade,surgical-pathological stage and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05),and had no correlation with age(P>0.05).4.The expression of TSLC-1 was negatively correlated with The expression of STAT3 and HER-2 in ovarian serous carcinoma(P<0.05).STAT3 expression was positively correlated with HER-2expression(P<0.05).Conclusion: The low expression of TSLC-1 and the high expre-ssion of STAT3 and HER-2 play an important role in the occurren-ce and development of ovarian serous carcinoma and may have a synergistic effect with each other.
