| Objectives To explore the risk factors of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease(NAFLD)in the healthy population of young people, and to provide the basis for prevention and effective nursing intervention. Methods The object of research are examiners who have done examination in Physical Examination Center of Kailuan General Hospital in Tangshan City from October 2016 to March 2017.260 patients aged 18~40 who had diagnosed Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease(NAFLD)were selected as the case group. In the same group of youth examiners,we selected 260 healthy examiners who are exactly diagnosed no NAFLD,as the control group. To analyze the related data of the subjects what were collected through questionnaires, physical examination, ultrasonography and laboratory examination. The risk factors of NAFLD among young people in health check-up were statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Results 1 Single factor analysis showed that effects of NAFLD such as Occupation,Spouse,Physical Exercise, like meat and sweet diet, smoking,Obesity,Hypertension,Central Obesity,Hyperlipidemia,Cholelithiasis,Type 2 diabetes are related to NAFLD pathogenesis(P<0.05).When daily smoking volume,BMI and fasting blood glucose increased higher, the incidence of NAFLD increased,(P<0.05).2 Logistic regression analysis on whether patients with NAFLD as the dependent variable, take the Occupation, smoking, like fatty food, like sweet food,Physical Exercise,Hypertension,Type 2 diabetes,Cholelithiasis,Hyperlipidemia,TC,TG,LDL,HDL,BMI and WHR as independent variables into the Logistic regression model. The results showed that like sweet food,TG,Like fatty food, physical exercise,BMI,WHR,type 2 diabetes and cholelithiasis were significantly related to NAFLD,(P<0.05).Conclusions Like sweet food,Cholelithiasis,Obesity, like fatty food,Type 2 diabetes,Hyperlipidemia are the risk factors of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease in young population.Physical Exercise is a protective factor for Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease in young population. |
