Clinical Observation On Perimenopausal Syndrome Treated By Tiaogan Bushen Prescription

Objectives To observe the clinical effects of Tiaogan Bu Shen Fang in the treatment of patients with perimenopausal syndrome with liver-qi and kidney deficiency,compare the improvement of clinical symptoms,changes in sex hormones,and scores of observation scales before and after medication,and evaluate the effect of Tiaogan Bushenfang Clinical efficacy and preliminary discussion of its mechanism of action of the disease.Methods 1 Research object: The 75 patients used for clinical trials were from the endocrinology clinic and wards cases from September 2016 to November 2017 in Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,38 patients in the treatment group and 37 in the control group.2 Research methods: Patients with Perimenopausal Syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given Xiaoyao Pills and Zuogui Pills.Xiaoyao pills,once 3 grams,2 times a day.Zuogui Pills,once 9g,twice daily.The treatment group was given Tiaogan Bushen Fang,a daily dose,one dose of water 400 ml morning and evening service.The course of treatment is 2 months.3 Observed indicators: The age,height,weight,occupation,duration,and menstrual status of the patient were counted,and estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),and luteinizing hormone(LH)were measured before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group.Changes in testosterone(T),testosterone and estradiol ratio(T/E2),Kupperman scores,TCM syndrome scores,and changes in various indices were recorded.The data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 for statistical analysis difference.Results The treatment group was superior to the control group in the Kupperman score and TCM syndrome score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).To improve the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the Tiaogan Bushen decoction group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 37 people in the control group.The total effective rate of Kupperman score was 70.27%.A total of 38 patients were treated in the treatment group and the total effective rate of Kupperman score was 84.21%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).A total of 37 people in the control group had a total effective rate of 72.97%.A total of 38 patients in the treatment group had a total effective rate of 86.84%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Sex hormone situation: After treatment,serum estradiol(E2)levels in both groups were higher than before treatment.Statistical analysis of intragroup and intragroup comparisons was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that Tiaogan Bushenfang group was superior to the control group.The serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)levels in both groups were lower than before treatment.Statistical analysis of intragroup and intergroup comparisons showed statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that Tiaogan Bushenfang group was superior to the control group.After treatment,serum luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T)decreased in the two groups,but statistical analysis between groups and between groups P>0.05,indicating no statistical significance before and after treatment.The ratio of testosterone/estradiol(T/E2)in both groups was lower than that before treatment.Statistical analysis of the group P<0.05 and between-group P>0.05 showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the ratio between the two groups.Conclusions The Liver-tonifying and Kidney-tonifying Kidney has the functions of tonifying the kidney,filling the essence,relieving the liver,relieving the liver,reassuring the nerves.Can reduce the patient's Kupperman score and TCM symptom scores.It is effective in treating perimenopausal syndrome.It can significantly improve the heat and sweating,depression and depression,waist and knee pain,chest tightness,sigh,chest pain,dizziness,tinnitus,five upset fever and other clinical symptom.At the same time can improve female endocrine hormone levels,serum E2 levels can be significantly increased,FSH decreased significantly,LH decreased slightly,and further enhance ovarian function,slow ovarian aging,and the adjustment of the HPO axis has a certain degree of improvement,no obvious adverse reaction is a safe and effective method.It provides a new diagnosis and treatment idea for the clinical treatment of perimenopausal syndrome patients with Chinese medicine,which is worthy of clinical application.
