The Study Of The Clinical Curative Effect And Literature In Treatment Of Yiqizhuyutang For Qi- Deficiency And Blood-stasis Syndrome Of Cerebral Watershed Infarction

Objectives By comparing the TCM syndrome score,NHISS score,ADL score,hs-CRP,Hcy of the two group patients before and after treatment to observe the effect of yiqizhuyutang,and offer a preliminary discussion about its mechanism of action.Methods According to the standards,select 60 patients in Shijiazhuang TCM hospital from December 2016 to December 2017.The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group use Yiqizhuyutang and conventional treatment program;the control group use conventional treatment program,14-day observation.Record the TCM syndrome score?NHISS score?ADL score?hs-CRP?Hcy of the two groups.creat database,use SPSS21.0 to do the statistical analysis.Observe the effects on hs-CRP and Hcy of Yiqizhuyutang and on the treatment of neurological deficits.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the general conditions(gender,age,onset time)and past medical history(history of hypertension,history of diabetes,history of coronary heart disease,history of previous stroke)(P>0.05);There was no difference between the two groups before treatment in TCM syndrome score,NHISS score,ADL score,hs-CRP,and Hcy(P>0.05);After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,NHISS score,hs-CRP,Hcy of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05);After treatment,the two groups ADL score both increased(P<0.05),but the treatment group is a little higher than the control group,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions The hs-CRP,Hcy of the treatment group decreased significantly,hints Yiqizhuyutang can reduce inflammation reaction and reduce endothelial cell injury;Yiqizhuyutang can reduce the NHISS score,at the same time,raise the ADL score,show that it can make the patients` symptoms of neurologic defect better.Yiqizhuyutang can improve the qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of patients,that is based on the meaning of nourishing qi and blood circulation remove stasis.
