Clinical Effect Contrast Of The Hooking Operation And Balance Cupping On Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objectives By comparing the clinical efficacy of three methods of treatment of lumbar disc herniation,the clinical effect of three methods of treatment for protrusion of lumbar disc herniation was evaluated to provide new ideas and reference for the patients with protrusion of the lumbar disc herniation.Methods In this experiment,135 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients who were treated in the Department of orthopedics of Baoding First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the treatment subjects.The two control groups were treated with balanced cupping therapy and closed therapy,and the observation group was treated with hooked operation,and three groups were observed respectively.The changes of VAS and JOA scores,sex,age,course of disease,seven days,fourteen days and twenty-one days after treatment were analyzed.According to the research results,it is statistically significant whether the difference between the three treatment methods is significant for the short-term curative effect of the patients.Results 1 pain visual analogue score(VAS): the three groups were compared to the paired T test or paired rank test before and after treatment.The difference was statistically significant before and after treatment in the three groups,and the differences between the three groups was statistically significant and the difference was statistically significant,and the analgesic effect group was better than the control group.2 JOA score comparison: the three groups were compared before and after treatment by paired T test or paired rank sum test,and the difference between the three groups before and after treatment was P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant;the difference between the three groups was statistically significant,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions 1 hooked surgery and balanced cupping and closed three treatments have good curative effect on alleviating the pain symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,and the short-term curative effect of hook operation is better than that of closed therapy and balance cupping.2 The three methods of hooked surgery,Balance Cupping and closure have good effect on improving the clinical symptoms of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc,and the short term curative effect of hook operation is better than that of closed therapy and balance cupping.
