Clinical Study Of Multidetector-CT In The Diagnosis Of Lymph Node Metastasis Of Gastric Cancer

Objective: Lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer is the basis for the diagnosis of N staging.It has great value for the selection and prognosis of gastric cancer.However,there is no effective way for lymph node staging of gastric cancer.Multi-detector spiral CT has been widely applied in clinic.This study is mainly combined with clinical analysis of Multidetector-CT(MDCT)in the diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes of gastric cancer.Methods: according to the inclusion criteria were retrospectively collected from 30 patients with gastric cancer pathology and MDCT image data,the number of metastatic lymph nodes were detected by MDCT statistics,MDCT will enhance the detection of lymph node metastasis and pathology,to understand the accuracy of the diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes;after MDCT of metastatic lymph nodes detected with Saul to understand the pathology,scan to the accuracy of diagnosis of metastatic lymph node;will enhance the accuracy of peace sweep then compare and understand differences between the two conditions;the MDCT correct diagnosis of lymph node N staging,the comparison of different N stage diagnostic accuracy.SPSS25.0 is used to analyze the collected data.Results: 1)MDCT examination in diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer sensitivity was 80%,specificity was 50%;2)plain MDCT of gastric cancer metastasis of lymph node than enhance the accuracy of the inspection accuracy is poor,there is significant difference;3)MDCT on the evening of the N staging of gastric cancer diagnosis accuracy in early gastric cancer there were significant differences.Conclusions: the effect of MDCT has a good sensitivity to the lymph nodes,enhance the value of diagnosis in plain,for advanced gastric cancer N diagnostic value in early gastric cancer,is preoperative lymph node metastasis evaluation feasible means of inspection.
