Changes Of NT-proBNP And Cr In Patients With Chronic Heart Failure And Its Correlation With Anemia

Objective To investigate the changes of NT-pro BNP,serum creatinine(Cr)and hemoglobin(Hb),and the correlations among them in patients suffering from chronic heart failure with different cardiac functions(NYHA ?,? and ?),aims to provide a certain basis for clinical prediction and diagnosis of chronic heart failure.Methods Select 300 cases of chronic heart failure patients diagnosed in cardiovascular medicine of the second affiliated hospital of xi 'an medical college were selected from September 2015 to December 2017,according to the New York Heart Association(NYHA)classification of heart function,the patients were divided into three subgroups: NYHA class ?(132 cases),? class(118 cases)and ? class(50 cases);at the same time,according to the World Health Organization(WHO)anemia diagnostic criteria(male hb <130g/L,female hb <120g/L),300 CHF patients were divided into anemia group and non-anemia group,among which 51 cases were male anemia,122 cases of non-anemia;78 cases of anemia in females and 49 cases of non-anemia;in addition,50 cases of normal physical examination were selected as the control group;All 300 inpatients were tested peripheral venous blood for the NT-pro BNP,Cr,and Hb levels on the morning of the second day after admission.NT-pro BNP assay using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),Cr assay using creatinine assay kit(enzyme method),Hb assay using hemoglobin tester;Analyze the change of each index under different cardiac function(NYHA II,III,IV)and conduct correlation study.Results 1.The changes of serum NT-pro BNP,Cr and Hb concentrations in the case group and the control group were compared respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05);2.Among CHF patients,the NT-pro BNP level was negatively correlated with Hb level in anemic patients(p<0.05),had no correlation with the Hb level in non-anemic patients(p> 0.05);3.Among CHF patients,the Cr level was negatively correlated with Hb level in anemic patients(p<0.05),had no correlation with the Hb level in non-anemic patients(p>0.05);4.Among CHF patients,the change trend in the correlation between NT-pro BNP and Hb was not affected by gender;5.Among CHF patients,the change trend in the correlation between Cr and Hb was not affected by gender.Conclusion For patients with CHF,not only should attach importance to the level of NT-pro BNP,but also should pay attention to the change of Cr and the severity of anemia,actively corrects renal dysfunction and anemia while treating heart failure,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the prognosis of patients and boosting the quality of life of patients.
