Objective: By studying the correlation between Frank's sign and CD105,we attempted to elucidate the possible mechanism of the ear sign and its theoretical basis related to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Methods: 1.Participants: Inpatients who were admitted to the Department of Coronary Angiography(CAG)aged 18 to 70 in the Department of Cardiology,Department of Internal Medicine,People's Hospital of Shaanxi Province from November 2015 to October 2016 A total of 166 cases were Han,103 males and 63 females, with an average age of 58.85±7.5 years.2.Study group: According to the results of coronary angiography, the selected population was divided into CAD group(n=110),including 74 males and 36 females, with an average age of 59.63±6.02 years;non-CAD group(n=56),There were 29 males and 27 females with an average age of 57.30±9.6 years.According to the positive diagnostic criteria of Frank's sign, the selected population was divided into Frank sign positive group(n=57),including 40 males and 17 females, with an average age of 60.42±6.1years;Frank sign negative group(n=109).There were 63 males and 46 females with an average age of57.02±8.05 years.According to whether coronary heart disease combined Frank's sign was divided into non-CAD with Frank sign negative group(n = 56),including 29 males and 27 females, mean age was57.30 ± 9.67 years;CAD positive group with Frank sign(n = 57)There were 40 males and 17 females with an average age of 60.42±6.10 years. There were 34 males and 19 females. The average age was58.78±5.89 years.3.Data collection: Collect clinical baseline data for all populations included, including age, gender, past disease and family history, glycated hemoglobin, triglycerides, total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, blood urea nitrogen,Serum creatinine, serum uric acid and other indicators;and the use of ELISA determination of CD105 levels.4.Statistical methods: All data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software package. The data of each group were tested for homogeneity of normality and variance, which was in accordance with the normal distribution(total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, uric acid, urea nitrogen,creatinine,CD105).And the distribution of skewed(triglycerides,high-density lipoproteins, hemoglobin A1 c,systolic and diastolic blood pressure)after conversion to normal distribution was expressed as mean ± standard deviation(X±S);the overall rate or composition ratio of count data Comparisons between gender(sex, smoking, hypertension, and diabetes)were performed using the Chi-square test; The test level was set to? = 0.05,and P <0.05 was defined as a statistically significant difference; An independent sample t-test was used to compare the differences between the two groups and the variance.One-Way ANOVA was used to compare the three groups. When the normal distribution was not met,the Mann-Whthey U test was used to compare the two groups.Krusskal-Wallis H rank sum test was used for multiple groups;unconditional logistic regression scores were used for the correlation factors of coronary heart disease and Frank's sign, and both sides were statistically significant at P <0.05 was defined as a statistically significant difference; Results: 1.The ages of the CAD and non-CAD groups were 59.63 ± 6.02 vs.57.30 ± 9.67 years,respectively,P<0.05;the total cholesterol levels were 4.73±0.97 and 3.16±0.60 mmol/l,respectively;P<0.05;LDL cholesterol levels They were 3.30±0.54 vs 2.12±0.51 mmol/l,P<0.05;CD105 levels were0.67±0.18 and 0.36±0.11 ng/ml,respectively;P<0.05;High-density lipoprotein cholesterols were 0.91±0.36 vs 2.21±0.33,P<0.05.2.Frank positive group and Frank syndrome negative group were 60.42±6.1vs 57.02±8.05 years old,P<0.05;CD105 levels were 0.75±0.18 and 0.47±0.17 ng/ml,P<0.05.3.The levels of CD105 in CAD-positive patients with positive Frank group and CAD-negative Frank-symptoms group and non-CAD-negative Frank-negative group were 0.75±0.18 vs 0.59±0.15 vs0.36± 0.11 ng/ml,P< 0.05.4.Logistic multiple regression analysis showed that when CAD was the dependent variable,Frank's sign was independent correlative factors of CAD(p<0.01);when the Frank's sign was positive or not as the dependent variable, the serum CD105 was independent correlative factors of Frank's sign(p<0.01)Conclusions:(1)The increase in CD105 levels correlates with Frank's sign.(2)Frank's sign can be used as a sign of early screening for coronary heart disease.
