Objective: Platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR)and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)have been shown to be useful in the prediction of atherosclerosis, which is associated with inflammation and thrombosis.Association.The Frank’ sign is a simple and easy-to-obtain surface feature that has been shown in our previous studies to be associated with atherosclerotic heart disease. This study attempts to explain the correlation mechanism of Frank’s sign and provide a theoretical basis for its clinical application by studying the correlation between Frank’s sign and PLR and NLR.Method: Participants: Continuously selected 209 patients who underwent concurrent coronary angiography between 18 and70 years of age in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery,Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital from October 2017 to June 2018;Study group: According to the results of coronary angiography,167 patients in the coronary heart disease group(CAD group)and42 patients in the non-coronary heart disease group(non-CAD group);whether there are Frank scores: 70 patients in the Frank sign positive group and 139 patients in the Frank sign negative group Coronary heart disease and Frank’s sign were combined into two groups: 1)coronary heart disease and 63 cases with Frank sign positive group,2)104cases with coronary heart disease and Frank sign negative group,3)non-coronary heart disease and 7 cases with Frank sign positive group.4)35 patients with non-coronary heart disease and Frank negative group.group;Data collection: Collect all the clinical basic data included in the experimental population, including: gender, age, past medical history, smoking history;and collect some blood indicators of experimental patients:white blood cell count, platelet count, lymphocyte count,Neutrophil count, creatinine, uric acid, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride, glycosylated hemoglobin;calculated platelet lymphocyte ratio(PLR)and neutrophil lymphocyte ratio(NLR);Statistical methods: Apply SPSS 21.0 statistical software to all the above data.Measurement data were expressed as mean ± standard error(x ± se),count data use cases / percentage, and comparison between groups using χ 2 test. Results: The CAD group and non-CAD showed no significant difference in age, gender, past medical history, smoking history, creatinine, uric acid,ALT,AST,CHOL,TG,LDL-C between the two groups.P>0.05;the incidence of Frank’s sign was statistically different between the two groups P<0.05;The platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR)of theCAD group and the non-CAD group was compared,P<0.05,which was statistically significant. The mean value of the two groups was also significantly different(161.70±6.78 vs.134.70±7.98);Frank sign positive group and Frank sign negative group. There were no statistics on gender, past medical history, smoking history, creatinine, uric acid,ALT,AST,CHOL,TG and LDL-C.The difference was(P>0.05);the age of the two groups was statistically different(P<0.05),and the Frank group was older(58.7±0.83 years vs.55.9±0.78 years).Comparing the Frank sign-positive group and the Frank-negative group platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR),P<0.01 was statistically significant, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(184.60±13.02 vs.140.80±5.02).Comparing the neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)between the Frank sign positive group and the Frank sign negative group,P<0.05 was obtained, which was statistically significant. The mean value of the two groups was compared(4.77±0.38 vs.3.38±0.23).There are significant differences.According to the combination of CAD and Frank sign, the results showed that the platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR)of the CAD group and the Frank group and the CAD group and the Frank group negative group were compared, and P<0.01 was obtained, which was statistically significant. The mean group(188.20±14.34 vs.145.30±5.99)had significant differences. The non-CAD group and Frank’s positive sign were compared with the platelet-to-lipocyte ratio(PLR)of the non-CAD group and the Frank sign negative group, and P<0.01 was obtained.Statistically significant, the mean values of the two groups(152.4±12.54 vs.131.2±9.19)were also significantly different;the neutrophil/lymphocyte ratios of the CAD group and the Frank sign positive group and the CAD group and the Frank sign negative group were compared(NLR)showed P<0.01,which was statistically significant, and the mean(4.78± 0.42 vs.3.39±0.26)had significant differences;non-CAD group and Frank sign positive group and non-CAD and Frank sign negative group neutrophils The ratio of lymphocytes to lymphocytes(NLR)was statistically significant at P < 0.01,and the mean values of the two groups(4.70 ± 0.76 3.36 ± 0.46)were also significantly different.Unfair logistic regression analysis was performed on the age, gender,CAD,PLR and NLR,and Frank’s sign was significantly correlated with age, gender and CAD,and PLR and NLR values were also closely related to Frank’s sign;coronary heart disease was used as a dependent variable, and gender, hypertension, diabetes, smoking history, and independent variables such as PLR and NLR were analyzed by unconditional logisticregression analysis, and coronary heart disease was significantly correlated with diabetes history. And PLR is also closely related to CAD and is one of the risk factors for CAD.Conclusion:(1)PLR values are associated with CAD,suggesting that PLR may be a risk factor for coronary heart disease;(2)The PLR and NLR in patients with positive Frank sign were significantly increased, suggesting that the inflammatory reaction may be involved in the formation of Frank’s sign.
