A Comparation Of Huai Qi Huang Granules And Corbrin Capsules In Treatment For The Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy In Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective: Observe the comparion between Huai Qi Huang granules and Corbrin Capsules in treatment for the idiopathic membranous nephropathy in nephrotic syndrome.Methods: Collected in December 2016 to February 2018 treated in our hospital and the patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy in nephrotic syndrome.All patients in shengjing hospital improve pathological diagnosis.18 cases of male,female,14 cases were randomly divided into huai qi huang particles and corbrin capsules group.Huai qi huang granules group of 11 cases,the capsule group 21 cases,two groups in gender,age,disease severity,etc,no statistical difference.Huai qi huang particles and corbrin capsules group were performed in the treatment of low salt low fat diet.To prevent infection and avoid overworked.Two groups of patients were given hormones and cyclophosphamide control condition.Two groups of patients were applied ACEI/ARB drugs to control blood pressure.Huai qi huang granules group on the basis of combined with huai qi huang particles,corbrin cpsules group on the basis of the application of the capsule.All cases into the group to 12 weeks of follow-up.Before treatment and 4,8,12 weeks after treatment to all the cases,including 24-hour urine protein,urine red blood cell count,serum albumin quantitative,liver function,blood routine,CRP,CD4 / CD8,bladder inhibition C,serum creatinine and other related indicators,and statistical analysis during the period of treatment of drug side effects(including liver and kidney function damage,the digestive system is unusual,bone marrow suppression,paresthesia,hand shake,skin rash,etc.)and the number of infections.Results:Two groups has no statistical significance in terms of reducing urinary protein(P > 0.05).In the two groups compared with themselves before and after medication was statistically difference(P < 0.05).Between the two groups and two groups compared with itself in reducing urine red blood cells,regulating CD4 / CD8,the hepatic function,renal function,CRP,red blood cells,and platelets effects no statistical significance(P > 0.05).The total effective rate in two groups has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Huai qi huang granules can reduce the hormones affect elevated white blood cell.Both are not found kidney function damage and the side effects such as bone marrow suppression.Conclusions:Huai qi huang particles and the capsule in the adjuvant treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy patients with nephrotic syndrome in the process,not found there is a clear difference between the two drugs in curative effect.
