Clinical Research On The Treatment Of CKD4(Pi Shen Yang Xu Jian Yu Syndrome) By Bu Shen Jian Pi Xie Zhuo Prescription

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushenjianpixiezhuo prescription in the treatment of CKD4(pishenyangxujianyu Syndrom),and to explore the unique feasibility and security of combined Bushenjianpixiezhuo prescription in the treatment of CKD4 on the basis of strategy of western medicine.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Bushenjianpixiezhuo prescription in treating 4 cases of chronic kidney disease with spleen kidney yang deficiency and stasis syndrome.Methods: From the December 2016 to decemer 2017,60 cases of patients diagnosis of CKD4,as well as clinical syndrome differentiation of patients with pishenyangxu syndrome in Gansu provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of nephrology.According to the principle of Randomized control divided into treatmeng group and control group of each 30 cases.In the two groups were given western medicine clinical treatment strategy at the same time.The treatment group treat with Bushenjianpixiezhuo decoction,the control group treated with Shenshuaining grain,treatment for 2 month.After treatment,the TCM syndrome intergral and Blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,eGFR,24-hour urinary protein,hemoglobin were statistically analyzed before and after the treatment.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.42%,the total effective rate of the control group was 82.75%.By the rank sum test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Bushenjianpixiezhuo group improved more than Shenshuaining group.(2)The treatment group of TCM symptoms curative effect of total effective rate was89.28%,The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 75.86%,By the rank sum test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Bushenjianpixiezhuo group improve-d more than Shenshuaining group.(3)As for the GFR and Ccr of two groups,all groups comparison between before and after treatment,all were improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05).As for the TCM syndromes integral,24-hour urinary protein quantitation,blood urea nitrogen and creatinine were lower than before.Thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05).(4)After treatment,the GFR and Ccr were higher in the Bushenjianpixiezhuo group than in the Shenshuaininggroup,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),Bushenjianpixiezhuo group improved more than Shenshuaining group.After treatment,the TCM syndromes integral,24-hour urinary protein quantitation,blood urea nitrogen and creatinine were lower in the Bushenjianpixiezhuo group than in the Shenshuaining group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),The Bushenjianpixiezhuo group was superior to the shenshuaining group.Conclusion: The prescription of invigorating the kidney and invigorating the spleen and relieving turbidity can improve the clinical symptoms of the 4 phase of chronic kidney disease of spleen kidney yang deficiency and stasis type,improve the renal function and hemoglobin status of the patients,and have the ideal clinical safety.
