| Objective1.Through the analysis of the House-Brackmann rating scale and facial disability index(FDI)score,warming-promotion combined with moxibustion needling method difference and twisting-reducing combined with moxibustion needling method in the treatment of wind-cold type of Bell's palsy curative effect was compared and clinical curative of warming-promotion method of acupuncture treatment of wind-cold type Bell's palsy was observed.2.In order to provide the basis for the better popularization and application of the clinic in the future,the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment was observed and compared in acute period,quiescent period,recovery period of the Bell's palsy in the wind-cold type.MethodThis subject is designed by a randomized controlled study.The method of using the simple randomization will meet the requirements from the acupuncture clinic center of Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of traditional Chinese medicine and the inpatient department of 72 cases of wind-cold type of Bell's palsy patients divided into warming-promotion combined with moxibustion needling method group(treatment group)and twisting-reducing combined with moxibustion needling method group(control group).The treatment group operated in fengchi and hegu,which was operated by the acupuncture method.In treatment group,Fengchi,Hegu with warming-promotion method of acupuncture operation,others with conventional acupuncture points(mild reinforcing-reducing method);in the control group,Fengchi,Hegu with twisting-reducing method of acupuncture,others with conventional acupuncture points(mild reinforcing-reducing method);Moxibustion: After the end of acupuncture,mild moxibustion was used in the Canzu,Yangbai,Sibai,Quanliao,Dicang,Jiache,Xiaguan,Yifeng of the facial lesion and the Zusanli point of both lower limbs.The evaluation criteria were used to determine whether the baseline level was comparable in the two groups.Then the two groups of patients were compared in the before treatment(0times)and after treatment(7 times and 14 times)and after the treatment(21 times).and the acupuncture efficacy was observed in both groups.By comparing the difference of the points after treatment,the difference of the effect of acupuncture on the acute period,quiescent period,recovery period of wind-cold type of Bell's palsy was determined.Finally,two kinds of acupuncture curative effect were evaluated and the conclusion was obtained.Result1.Baseline level comparison:72 cases of wind-cold type of Bell's palsy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.There was no statistical significance in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),it's comparable.2.After each course of treatment,two groups of patients had significant improvement in symptoms,signs and psychological factors,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05),and compared after three courses,the general efficacy,the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference has statistical significance Conclusion(P<0.05)3.Two groups of patients before treatment respectively(0 times),treatment(7times and 14times)and after treatment(21 times)were obtained for the comparison between the acupuncture treatment of this disease,the acute period than the quiescent period and the effect of the recovery period is more significant,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion1.The warming-promotion needling method and the twisting-reducing needling method in improving the wind-cold type of Bell's palsy symptoms,signs and psychological factors have significant effect,but the warming-promotion needling method was better than the twisting-reducing needling method.2.In the treatment of wind-cold type of Bell's palsy,acupuncture for the acute period(7times)has better therapeutic effect than quiescent period(14 times)and recovery period(21times),so as to provide basis for clinical promotion and application. |
