| Objective:Through the different type of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic urticaria in lanzhou in serum total IgE,slgE and food(sIgG)specific IgG levels of observation,judgment between different TCM types of serum total IgE,slgE and slgG presence of differences,for the prevention and treatment of the disease in lanzhou and thus to the patients of different targeted to avoid some of the sensitization material to provide certain theory basis and data support.Methods:To collect etc.5 hospitals in lanzhou,lanzhou military region general hospital dermatologist in December 2016-December 2017 outpatient and the inpatient admitted during the period of diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine diagnosis standard,and pass by immune printing(IgE,sIgE)or enzyme-linked immunoassay(sIgG)of 300 cases of patients with chronic urticaria,with lgE group 150 examples,IgG group 150examples.Diagnostic criteria are divided into two groups according to the TCM syndrome types in patients with cold beam table set,wind heat make table group,blood deficiency wind drying,It was confirmed by two senior physicians of the general hospital oflanzhou military district general hospital.using SPSS 21.0software,data collection and analysis,statistical results with p<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:According to the inclusion criteria were included in the IgG group,150 cases of patients with chronic urticaria,IgE group 150 cases,including IgG group of patients,according to the standard of TCM syndrome diagnosis is divided into cold beam table group(50 cases),hot wind make table group(48 cases),blood deficiency wind dry group(52 cases);The patients in lgE group were divided into wind-chill bundle table group(46 cases)according to TCM diagnostic criteria,wind and heat crime watch group(47 cases),and blood deficiency wind group(57 cases).1Total IgE of 150 patients with chronic urticaria in IgE group was positive in124 cases(82.6%).Among them,the total IgE positive rate of serum total IgE in the blood deficiency wind drying syndrome group,the wind and heat treatment group,and the wind and eggs,protein/egg yolk,wheat and tomato.6In the sIgG test classification standard,+1 was mildly sensitive,+2 was moderately sensitive,and+3 was severely sensitive.According to the sensitivity classification,chronic urticaria in lanzhou area had higher sensitivity to eggs,protein/egg yolk and wheat.The food s IgG is related to the onset of chronic urticaria,and the food of chronic urticaria in lanzhou region involves a variety of foods,with 1to 2 kinds of food.Conclusion:1The total IgE positive rate of serum total IgE in patients with chronic urticaria in lanzhou area was significantly higher than that in the hot group and the wind and cold bundle.It is indicated that the blood deficiency wind is the main potential pathological state of chronic urticaria in lanzhou area.2In lanzhou IgE testing results show that the food allergen in the sex and inhaled allergens are involved in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria process,including inhaled allergens in certain degree is higher than the food into the allergen.It is indicated that the occurrence and repetition of chronic urticaria is closely related to environmental factors and dietary factors when the body is in high sensitivity.3The pathogenesis of chronic urticaria and associated with changes of food level of specificity IgG,chronic urticaria in lanzhou food related to species diversity,give priority to with 1 to 2 kinds of food.Eggs,egg whites/egg yolks,wheat and milk are highly sensitive.This indicates that the body can be allergic to a variety of allergens at the same time.4Chronic urticaria is caused by a variety of internal and external factors of a kind of allergic skin diseases,so the allergen screening in patients with chronic urticaria,can reduce the frequency of disease recurrence,and effectively prolong remission of disease.Desensitization therapy for specific inhaled allergens;To develop a scientific diet method,to carry on rotation or diet therapy for food intake allergen,and improve the quality of life of patients. |
