Objective:As a female sex gland,the ovary has the function of oviposition and ovulation,and can also secrete steroid hormones.Therefore,normal ovarian tissue has dual functions of reproduction and endocrine.Once the normal ovarian tissue is mature,it will periodically ovulation and secrete the corresponding hormone,in order to give play to fertility and maintain the second sex of women.The ovarian tissue that works in excess of load may lead to the cancer of the ovary,when the internal and external factors are disadvantageous.FAK protein,PDK1 protein and MDM2 protein coexist in PI3K-AKT pathway.How to play a role in the development and prognosis of serous ovarian cancer is the focus of this study.The experimental study,by immunohistochemistry as basic research method,to two yuan of ovarian cancer theory,explore the expression of three target protein in serous ovarian cancer,can become a specific indicator of serous ovarian cancer,is the main purpose of this study.Methods:This paper studies the wax blocks of the serous ovarian cancer tissue,all from the pathology department of the second hospital in Hebei.A total of 65 cases of ovarian serous adenocarcinoma were screened in this study.Among them,there were 46 cases of high grade and 19 cases of low grade.The normal oviduct tissue and normal ovarian tissue were selected in 15 cases and 13 cases respectively.By immunohistochemical method,the target protein was detected to participate in the evolution of serous ovarian cancer and to intervene in the prognosis of serous ovarian cancer.Results:1.Experimental results of FAK protein in this experimental studyX~2 test showed that in high and low level experimental group,FAK protein showed strong positive expression,and the positive expression rate was significantly different(P<0.05).Compared with the median survival time and the average survival time,there was a significant difference in the survival rate of FAK protein positive and negative expression(P<0.05).2.Experimental results of PDK1 protein in this experimental studyX~2test showed that PDK1 protein showed strong positive expression in high and low level experimental group,and there was no significant difference in the positive expression rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the median survival time and the average survival time,there was a significant difference in the survival rate of PDK1 protein positive and negative expression patients(P<0.05).3.Experimental results of MDM2 protein in this experimental studyAfter X~2 test,it was found that MDM2 protein showed strong positive expression in high and low level experimental group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the median survival time and the average survival time,there was a significant difference in the survival rate of PDK1 protein positive and negative expression patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In this study,FAK protein was strongly expressed in high and low grade serous adenocarcinoma,and played the role of oncogene.The survival rate of the high level group was significantly lower than that of the low grade group.2.In this study,PDK1 protein was strongly expressed in high and low grade serous adenocarcinoma,and played the role of oncogene.The survival rate of the high level group was significantly lower than that of the low grade group.3.In this study,MDM2 protein was strongly expressed in high and low grade serous adenocarcinoma,and played the role of oncogene.The survival rate of the high level group was significantly lower than that of the low grade group.4.To sum up,three of them have been overexpressed in serous ovarian cancer of different levels.As an oncogene,they are involved in the occurrence of serous ovarian cancer.There is a possibility that the molecular basis overlaps.The higher the malignancy of serous ovarian cancer and the lower the degree of differentiation,the higher the positive rate of the target protein,the worse the prognosis of the patients.
